Both Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace could be THE reference material for any retailer to show the true power of Blu-ray. Clear, perfect film grain retained, full force sound, no heavy artifacts during action scenes. Even though we're in 2014 with 4K lurching on the horizon, these movies are stunning. And yes, Casino Royale may be a hard film to beat overall, but what QoS lacks in CR's nuance, it makes up for in full-throttle action while hitting all the right notes of the predecessor's success. And that opening! Get this set. Watch both movies back to back. People keep forgetting that QoS is a direct sequel to Casino Royale, and that may be why it's shunned in favor of the later. If that's the case, then you have no reason to NOT get this set because then the former will finally make sense!

This 2-pack is great value for money. Casino Royale is an excellent reboot to a franchise that had been treading water for years. Quantum of Solace is not as good, but still entertaining. Great video and audio on both.

Casino Royale is a bit superior to quantum of solace but for this price you can't go wrong.

Not the best movie ever and not the most unique. Was safe to watch with the family around.

Bought this combo, but Quantum of Solace disk didn't run on my blu ray player. Went back and exchanged, but encountered the same problem. Firmware was up to date and tried it out on another player, but unfortunately didn't work.
