Posted .We're sorry to hear that you aren't experiencing relief with Quell. If you find yourself adjusting the intensity frequently, try re-calibrating. Calibration should set Quell to the appropriate therapy intensity for you. Having a higher is not always better. The more therapy sessions you wear Quell each day, the better the chance of relief.

Posted .If you’re not getting the expected usage out of your electrode due to high humidity or perspiration, you may be a candidate for the Sport Electrodes. The Sport Electrodes have a unique sports gel designed to better hold up in situations with high levels of humidity and perspiration. The Sport Electrodes absorb less moisture but are otherwise comparable to the Standard Electrodes. There is a secret to greatly extending electrode life. Rinse the gel pads with cold water while rubbing gently with your finger. They will begin to feel slippery again. Air dry and re-use. They will stick like new again. All you did was washed the dry, dead skin cells off the gel's surface. I am getting 6 weeks use out of one electrode now. When the gel layer gets thin, it's time to replace. You don't want the metal electrode to become exposed to your skin.
