If you've ever been to physical therapy, this product is the "stim" portion of ice and stim. Works great if you're trying to heal a damaged part of the body.

I tried it multiple times but it did not relieve my pain. It has also slipped off my leg on a few occasions. I work with a person that swears by his, but my pain must be different.
