Up to 2.2 hours of usage on average
Gaming: 2.4 hours of usage on average
Social: 2.2 hours of usage on average
Productivity: 1.5 hours of usage on average
Media: 2.9 hours of usage on average
As with most battery powered devices, battery life is dependent on various factors, such as device settings, usage, age of battery, Bluetooth usage and wireless conditions.
If you find that you're only using your Meta Quest for gaming, but you're getting far less than 2.4 hours on average, please feel free to click contact us on the Meta website where our amazing 24/7 support team will work with you to determine what is causing this.

Thanks for your review of the Quest 3 headset.
We hope you are having fun with your headset so far. We want you to have a comfortable VR experience so here are a few things you can try to adjust the fit:
- Start by loosening the back and top straps, then place the headset in a comfortable position against your face.
- Make sure to move any hair that might get in front of your face or between the pad for best comfort and performance.
- Pull the straps over the back of your head and tighten the split straps, then adjust the top strap to take weight off your face and hold the headset comfortably in place.
- You can adjust the angle of the headset to improve comfort by holding the headset with both hands and tilting it up or down on the headset arms.

A Downside is that the battery doesn’t last all that long and it’s little uncomfortable with glasses but I got these prescription lenses inserts that work like a charm.

The stock head strap can be a little uncomfortable after long periods. Using the device takes a bit for your brain to adjust. The camera takes clear photos but when viewing what’s in front of you live it does look more blurry than expected.

My only concern is that I hope that people don't buy the extended warranty from best buy. Its cheaper to buy the extended warranty through the original manufacturer. I saved almost 100$ doing it that way
