While I'm playing a game all of a sudden it loses tracking the remotes in game get stuck and the home buttons don't work either. Everything doesn't work including movement and I have to try to force a shutdown whenever it happens. The good things are it comes with the new batman arkham game and 3 free months of meta plus.

Here are a few steps to get you back on track:
Ensure that your area is well lit, with enough light to clearly see, but not direct sunlight.
Ensure that your area is free of small lights such as Christmas lights or LED strips.
Ensure that your area is free of any reflective surfaces such as mirrors, glass or polished marble.
Ensure that the tracking cameras on your headset are clean, following our recommended maintenance and care guidelines.
Ensure that your environment is free of any obstructions between the tracking cameras and the controllers.
If your controllers have removable batteries, try removing the batteries from your controllers for at least 30 seconds before reinstalling.
Power off and restart your headset.
Unpair and re-pair your controllers to the headset.
As a last resort, a factory reset may help to resolve your tracking issues.
If these do not work, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via Meta Support so that we can further investigate. Your unique and enjoyable experience is our priority!

More comfortable too. I will admit I miss the rings around the controllers, those saved my fingers a few times, and I've already scraped my knuckles down the wall lol.
