i like it but how much ill use it didnt justify the price.

It was nice but towards a month I started getting stutters, really good potential but not the best

The Meta Quest 3's performance is underwhelming compared to expectations. While the visual quality is decent, the device struggles with tracking accuracy and occasional lag. The battery life is disappointing, requiring frequent recharging during extended use. Additionally, the comfort level could be improved, as the headset feels heavy and uncomfortable after prolonged wear. Overall, it falls short in delivering the seamless VR experience many were hoping for.

Purchased for my daughter, she was locked out of the account because they determined she was under 13. It came with a game and 3 months of plus but it's connected to her shut down account. Tech support tells us we can transfer the game if we log into the account that is locked by them, every time we chat with meta customer support they disconnect after a few minutes and we start over. There's no way to talk to a person, no way to get our game or the plus membership. The system seems good, the service is non existent. Would not recommend.

My 10 year old loves it! I did have a little trouble with the download of the purchase with the game that was suppose to came with the headset. If I do not get this resolved soon I will return the device.

It was great just wish I didn’t get dizzy with it on

We take health and safety seriously, and would like to suggest you some things that you can do, to avoid this:
- When looking for games, check the comfort level. These can range from 'Comfortable' to 'Intense' so it's best to make sure it's be something that's manageable for your current 'level'.
- Have short play times and take frequent breaks in between.
- Make sure the room you're playing in is well ventilated (For example, a room fan as an extra measure so the room doesn't get too hot to play in).
- Make sure to stay hydrated! Drinking water is known to help with any nausea you may develop.
That being said, if these symptoms continue to last well after taking the headset off, we highly suggest reaching out to our Support Team. You can find them on the [Meta Quest Help Center](https://www.meta.com/help/support/) on our website!

Controllers to sensitive, get damage really fast recommend to get insurance just in case

We know that sometimes things go wrong, so we want you to have a hassle-free replacements process, and be able to exercise your warranty without a worry!
To start a replacement yourself, without chatting to our wonderful Support Team, just search ''Service or replace your Meta Quest''. There, you'll find instructions on how to create a return, and any other return-related information you need.

I paid for the Batman and they gave me the wrong one.Not even batman so , who would I go 2 complain

Was looking forward to our first VR set, unfortunately it did not live up to the expectation. The lens need a very specific sweet spot to avoid distortion of the image.
