We bought the Oculus 3s for my 8-year-old son last Christmas. We prefer to do reviews on items after we have had them for 6 plus months so we can write an honest review of the product and after it's been used frequently. Even 9 months later this is getting a 5-star rating. The day he received it he was ecstatic. He already had the Oculus 2. Minutes after putting the 3s on his exact words were," This is freaking awesome." All the new features of the 3s were very cool. We weren't expecting it to do some of the things the 3s can do. The difference between the 2 to the 3s is immensely different. It has way better visual tracking. The hand tracking feature was so awesome to experience for the first time. You could also see different colors in the passthrough mode instead of just black, white, and gray as well as many more new features. Not only were the new features awesome, but the controllers were so much more comfortable than the Oculus 2. They aren't as bulky and just fit the hand better. We also purchased the headstap with the battery to extend the amount of play time on it. It also had the easy adjustment to make fitting to your head way easier and more comfortable. Even 9 months after purchase with an 8-year-old rough boy playing on it almost every day with a lot of dropping of the controllers on the tile floor, or accidentally hitting walls and furniture so many times I can't even count, and a few other different incidents the controllers still work just as good as when we bought it. As for the headset it has also been accidentally knocked over numerous times, been hit with flying basketballs and other flying objects, and also had an entire glass of water fall from a table onto it and it works amazingly well like we just took it out of the box. Just make sure to use the cleaning cloths to wipe the outside and inside lenses for a better play experience. Not keeping the outside lenses clean can mess up your tracking and play experience. In conclusion, we have recommended the 3s to many friends and family members with kids. Their kids would come over and play on it and beg their parents for one for Christmas or their birthdays. We explained how it worked, how durable it is, how it's worth the price, and that it's not going to be one of those gifts that just get put under the bed or on a shelf in the closet never to be used again. Not only was it fun for the kids but all the adults who tried it laughed and laughed as they played and wanted one for themselves as well. If you want a durable, fun for the whole family VR we would recommend the Oculus 3s over the other VRs we have stored away in the closet from other companies. We can't wait to buy the upgraded version. The Oculus 3.

Im older and this recent addition, NOT disappointed! Plethora of game categories to choose & learning the controls is intuitive. Puzzle games, learn VR Tai Chi, a different language, travel around the world, or watch a movie in a VR theater with family in another state. Not only a toy to go pew-pew. Only negative is battery life < 2 hours, AMAZ $75 BOBOVR S3 head strap, takes weight off your face, 10kmA rechargeable batt extend fun 4+ hours (honestly worth it) You're going to be plugged in. The BB crew geeks can help you decide on sufficient cord if plugged in while playing. I recommend 7ft+sitting_12ft+ standing USB C TO USB C or USB w-ever is easier. BB has 7ft 20Gbps 60w braided <--in store. Lastly VR sickness is real! Its motion sickness takes about 4-5 days to get used to if your a pew-pew type. Enjoy!

The Meta Quest 3S is an excellent VR headset and a big step up from previous models. The visuals are sharp, the performance is smooth, and everything feels very responsive. Setup was quick and easy, and I was able to jump right into games without any hassle. The headset is comfortable to wear, even during longer sessions, and the tracking is very accurate. For the price, the quality and overall experience are outstanding. Highly recommended for both new VR users and those upgrading.

This purchase was amazing. Batman was extremely fun to play. The Quest headset is comfortable and graphics look really good. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone. Additionally, the service and guidance I received at BestBuy was top tier.

This Christmas my wife bought me one of these. I instantly loved batman and the catalog on the meta quest + 3 month free subscription. Before you know it my wife is playing it more then me refusing to pass it back and forth. So here comes Valentines day and i bought her one also. Now some nights we lay in bed and powerwash together or play mini golf together. We both love this amazing product. Also fpr the price of this it can not be beaten.

I got this my grandson and he loves it. I also tried it to see how it works and I say that it seems so realistic it’s like you’re really into it. I love it and so does my grandson he really loves it and he won’t let go of it. I have to take it away from him sometimes because he’s there too long. Makes great Christmas gift.

I think that the overall performance and usability of the Quest 3s is going to be enjoyable for most people. I felt the graphics were lacking and that the headset did not fit correct regardless of how many times I tried. I think that I’ll upgrade to the 3 and be more satisfied with my purchase. But you can’t beat the price especially for an introduction to VR and MR.

I have put off getting one of these for our family for quite some time now. I hesitated in regards to technology and the metaverse and the affect it can have on children. I now feel that it is a great gift for the whole family, if it is treated as a family item and time is limited. We just wish the battery lasted longer. I understand one needs to take a break after an hour or so but with a family of 5 it would be nice to take turns without having to charge it in between. Wonder if this is built in on purpose to force people to take a break, if so, I'm with it...play something together as a family while it's charging right? Quality family time.

Kids love this exciting new technology. It is fun to use, but definitely follow the safety guidelines and we noticed some motion sickness if you play too long. It is easy to set up and quite intuitive. I highly recommend getting one for the family.

Honestly, I haven’t even gotten to the Batman game yet but the headset is wild. I was initially not happy about this buy but it was a birthday present for my husband. My mind has definitely changed. It’s easy to use and my entire family uses it. My husband has a blast, myself, my kids that are 6, 7, and 10 all love it.

Son loves his VR set. He has tons of fun with this virtual reality world! 10 outta 10 recommend!

My son loves it. It made his Christmas. Very easy set up. I will get a new head strap, the one that comes with it is not too comfortable. It is really great it came with 3 months of meta horizon+

Super fun the whole entire family. It is a cool experience and it does offer very fun games for adults and for kids also. The subscription costs is not that bad once the free months are up!

My kids love their Meta VRs so much we had to get the third one for Christmas. VR is very kid friendly and the load time is very fast.
