We Use this program for basic accounting tasks. It is extremely user friendly and produces countless reports for anything we may need! Best Buy’s price is the best I saw when I researched this product!

Got my hands on Quickbooks Desktop Pro for my rental business and it is working out well. Still is a little learning curve, but I am making a lot of progress. This should work well for my business!

The QuickBooks software is easy to setup and use. It took a couple of hours complete the company setup for my new business. I would recommend this software to anyone who owns a small business.

Had an older version. I wanted to put it on my new computer, so I had to purchase a current version. Same setup and formats, so nothing new to learn. Very easy program to use.

Best bookkeeping system out there. You need to know something about accounting to do it 100% right, but it makes it as easy as it can.

Moved from QBO (QuickBooks Online) to the desktop version to save the monthly fees. Huge pain in the a** trying to export from QBO to Desktop. Support was of no help. Ended up manually importing 2 years worth of sales by hand into the Desktop.

I was new to the small business world, this program has been a life saver, saves a ton of time and keeps everything accurate.

I have no idea why people think QuickBooks is user friendly. I am finding it to be horrible, unnecessarily time-consuming, and anything but user friendly. The Help/Desktop Help feature is worthless. After clicking this feature and not getting an answer to my question, the screen provided a phone number to call. I called the number and got a recording telling me to go to my Quickbooks program and click on Help/Desktop Help. Are you kidding me???? Entering a Chart of Accounts with opening balances and setting up a Budget was absurdly time consuming. The Budget page doesn't even provide a Total at the bottom of the columns. I still haven't found a way to record checks that have been hand written rather than printed out on QuickBooks checks. I expected a lot more from this program, and would never recommend it to anyone!

Ive used quickbooks for years for small business. I don’t use all the capabilities and need to learn now but it’s is fairly simple to create invoices.

I purchased this as an upgrade to my 2017 QB Desktop Pro. Easy to download and the program is even better than it was before.
