I discovered that my computer HD was full and I haven't been able to install this project yet. I now have a new HD to put in my computer which will allow me to install it soon.

Hard to understand. Does not do what the previous version Quicken Delux did. Ordering process did not show details of program.

Very disappointed with product customer service to date. Have been a Qucken user for many years and just decided to upgrade to Deluxe and nothing but problems for 4 weeks and Quciken just keeps telling me that my ticket is being addressed and to wait for an email on how to resolve it. Meanwhile, the product is not fully functional and basically useless for me to use at this point Very disappointed and dissatisfied

Turns out this was the wrong version of the product that I needed. In the item description it said that it was returnable. Best Buy refused to allow an exchange or return. I contacted Intuit and they reviewed the information and refunded my money so that I could purcahse the correct one. Best Buy employees were rude and unhelpful, refusing to allow me to speak to a supervisor. This is the last item that I will purcahse from Best Buy a terribly customer experience and wasted my time.

I told the clerk I was a user of Quicken and he sold me the wrong Quicken and you would NOT refund my money which was YOUR fault!! I will NEVER buy anything from Best Buy again.

After transferring our data and getting the lap-top home I get a message that our subscription has expired, even though I just purchased a new subscription. Very frustrating to say the least

Quicken is an amazing software product. Best Buy over the best deal and it was easy to download. It helps you keep track of your spending which is really important in life nowadays with everything costing so much. It generates reports which I use quite a bit to really see my spending. Every morning I look forward to downloading my banking transactions and they are always accurate and match with the bank. They're support is great too I called them to ask for some questions and I learned a lot about quicken and I was on the phone for about an hour and support answered every question and issue I had. If you're trying to see where your money goes and know your overall net worth this product is what you should buy I highly recommend it it's been around 4 I think 20 years or so so they really fine-tuned the software. I love how it can web connect or direct connect to my financial institutions.
