Quicken makes a great product. Problem is you can no longer buy it for good, you can only license it for a year and then you have to renew it again. Ridiculous!!

Purchased this for the new laptop we got for my father-in-law. I was initially not happy that the software is now sold as a subscription model. It is not immediately clear during installation that the subscription applies only to connected services such as mobile and web access, as well as data downloading. According to Quicken's Data Access Guarantee (https://www.quicken.com/support/what-quicken-data-access-guarantee), after your subscription expires, you will still have access to your data and will be able to manually enter new transactions. I guess this is acceptable, but it seems an unnecessarily complicated license for basic personal finance management. These constantly changing license models are why I personally stopped using Quicken and TurboTax years ago.

Keeping my financial information current is a priority! This starter program itemizes my categories for each of the 4 Quarters throughout the year and enables me to keep track of my expenditures in a seamless manner! It also helps me to balance my accounts effortlessly! I would highly recommend this program! I have been using this software for more than 10 years! I assure those who have been eying this program that you will not be disappointed should you desire tp purchase!

Unfortunately i purchased the starter edition thinking it would allow for tracking loan and stocks. not so, must get the deluxe at a minimum before that can be done. my recommendations to a beginner who just wants to keep records of the checkbook and savings. takes forever to get the refund on that product from quicken.

I have used Quicken for a long time and am disappointed that this program has gone to an annual renewal as most programs are doing. It is still in my opinion one of the best program for keeping track of your finances. I use the basic version, but they also have some more advanced versions also.

Have used Quicken for many years and continues to improve. Great for balancing accounts and syncing your various accounts.

I have been using Quicken since it came to market. It is a useful tool to keep a record of our household finances. I dislike the trend of having to subscribe to use any software.

My wife has been using Quicken for many years for both our personal and small business bookkeeping. It has everything needed to keep finances straight, transactions recorded correctly, and prints reports out easily. If you need something to keep books with but don't need extra bells and whistles, this will be exactly the thing you need!

I've been using Quicken for years to keep track of my home budget and categorize expenses for tax purposes. Bought this new version for my new computer. Had a glitch transferring some data, so I contacted tech support. They were very helpful with problem-solving and took the time to work through the issue with me. Good product!

This is the best personal finance software I’ve been able to find. It has gotten better over the years and works pretty well.

Love Quicken! Can't even tell you how many years I've been using it. I used it when my husband and I were working & our finances were more complicated & I use it now that we're retired. I've just used different versions. And I only use the parts that I need. Great program!

I had to purchase this version when I bought a new computer as the old version I had isn’t Windows 10 compatible which tells you how long I have had and used it. This program provides me with everything I need it to do and then some all while being very easy to use.

It does a good job for a small business. It does not directly access your bank for account updates

I needed an updated version of Quicken. I have used this program for last 10+ years

Replaced 2017 version which ran very slow and left one waiting just to start up or close.

Quicken is easy to use especially with the nice help button. It automatically downloads my checking and saving statements. This makes it easy to have everything in order for income tax and eversay banking.

Good program for a beginner to learn how to account for a checkbook.

First, I'm VERY disappointed that Quicken is following other software providers by charging a YEARLY fee to keep using it!!! I really felt held up by the throat!!! Second, Quicken is not as easy to use and intuitive as it used to be. I had to call Quicken to get things going. After having said all of that, it is doing the job and I'm glad I have it.

Purchased this program since I bought a new computer to replace my old quicken program. Lots of bells and whistles that I don't use, but I still enjoy the program.
