Good Product not compatible with fenix 6x

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this is a good band, BUT IT IS NOT FOR the Garmin Fenix 6 at all, The band is a bit shorter than the thickness of the watch itself and at the points where it clips on to the watch itself, those are short and slide from left to right. The box came with 2 torx screw drivers, but nothing to remove links to adjust the length. The torx screw drivers don't even fit the bolts on the watch chassis, which doesn't really do anything.

The color of the band matches perfectly with the DLC coating of the watch body. Metal links were not difficult to take out with a standard Amazon watch kit. There’s nothing revolutionary about the band, speaking as a watch-guy, but it looks fine and is a really good deal on sale. One downside is that wearing the stainless fénix watch body and this metal band gets quite heavy compared to other watches.

My Fenix 3 Sapphire came with this type of band along with the rubber band. But the Fenix 3 Sapphire cost a little more but included the metal band so it is a trade off.

I was hesitant to purchase due to the fact that it’s for the fenix 5 but to my surprise it fits perfectly. Material is great and feels good on the wrist.
