They are not nom stick-food gets stuck and burned even though I spray it prior to use. Also, they are now all crooked and uneven making them useless.

Called and had to go return it so they could send me another one. Waited another week or so just to have that missing the utensils. I got so frustrated when there only option was for me to reorder another one. I spent my gas going back and forth returning this.
