This is the first time I bought higher quality pots and pans and oh my, what a difference it makes! They are thick, feel durable, not too heavy, and cook evenly well. It does seem like it takes a bit longer to get heated, so I usually find myself kicking up the heat at first - which I believe it says not to use on high heat. Otherwise, I am enjoying my new cookware!!

Followed all manufactures instructions on care. No better than a pot and pan set made by Tfal for $49
