Purchased this on the advice of our landscape architects (both of whom owned the same product for their yards). Easy to use, with intuitive user interface. I researched other brands and chose this.

I liked the Rachio 3. Installation was quick and easy and dry run using manual button is very nice as it is handy. Instructions were clear to switch to Rachio machine and I highly recommend to use this.

The devise itself is awesome. However, the Rachio software/program has connectivity issues at times and it’s not my internet. My internet provider is Comcast.

First of let me say this is my 3rd Rachio. I recently moved and didn’t take my Gen 2 unit with me due to it being an 8 zone and I needed a 10 zone unit. Functionality is great with these products but this Gen 3 unit setup is horrible if you’re on a newer iPhone. After 45mins of trying to get this connect to WiFi from my iPhone 11 Pro and via Windows program they have I was unable to get the unit to work. I had to borrow someone’s older iPhone to get the unit to connect to my WiFi and then everything was good. IMO that is unacceptable! Once I got the unit setup to the WiFi I haven’t had any other issues and the unit has been functioning great.

Perfect to isolate certain areas of your yard. I had an electrician install the unit and i then progammed the product.

Install / setup took about 15 min (including mounting) and was very simple. Automatically skips watering based on online weather info & estimated ground saturation levels.

We have LOVED this system. It has made a huge difference in our yard. Love being able to manage zones and watering from my phone, and the smart features are incredible.

I like it. it was easy to install, and easy to use. I like that I can name each zone so I don't have to remember what zone 12 does...

Easy to set up although it takes a little time. If you are upgrading or installing new system this is the way to go.

Such a great advancement in Sprinkler control. Being able to control it all on your phone is a game changer. Install is also super simple.

The Rachio 16-zone smart sprinkler controller replaced another controller I had (Lono). I wish I had replaced it sooner. The wifi connection is easy and solid. It has a quick response when updating, the app is easy to use, installation was easy, etc. I am pleasantly surprised at how the controller will skip cycles if it rains and adjust watering length based on the time of year. A solid purchase!

A must have for your yard. Very easy to install. Sometimes the connection cuts off and the device goes offline!
