have used this in my truck for long haul jobs. has worked very well and have had no major issues. could be a little faster

Not impressed. I had a Garmin and it wasn't much better. Both companies need to put wheels on the ground and update all the numbered routes in America. If you want drivers to do it for you give them an incentive. $$ I drive on routes clearly marked "Truck Route" (Pine St in Burlington, VT) and your GPS keeps rerouting me. Many other issues too. Sorry I dropped almost $300 on this unit.

bad battery, but most devices are like this, no? Does a good enough job for me, and has become a valuable tool.

I am new to over the road trucking and this GPS has been a tremendous asset.

Does a great job in routing me on my rounds to pick up loads and deliver. Still has to be recognized as a tool and not relied upon solely for routing, I don't see how they did it with only atlases when it comes to detours that you come across that aren't marked very well!!

Like this GPS but wish it had more features like miles left to get where your going.

It has excellent extras, a few glitches, but it gets you where you need to be.

This is my fourth Rand McNally trucker gps,unfortunately this one straight out of the box didn't work properly. I keep going to best buy exchanging in which I have to wait for it in the mail. I don't know why I keep having problems with them, however I will not get another one. I'm done with Rand McNally trucker gps systems.

the rand McNally tnd 730 is perfect for the over the road trucker. It has truck tools that help you be efficient and keep you out of trouble. Trip planning has never been easier. Just pair this thing with a rand atlas and you're set!

This Rand McNally truckers GPS a great buy for any trucker. It's very reliable. The driver can keep track of their HOS mileage fuel economy and much more. The records can be shared with your email.

We bought this after having issues with our old gps taking us down podunk roads while towing our 35' fifth wheel. This was the closest thing they had to an rv specific gps and the store associate said we could try it and return it within 14 days if we didn't like it. Didn't make it out of the parking lot before deciding we didn't like it. This thing is exclusive to truckers, shortest trailer combination it has is 50'. Then getting back on the freeway it tries to take it us south to the next exit to get off and back on in the north direction when there's a northbound on ramp right by us. Returned with no hassles.

Had the old 720 upgraded to this one when the old one broke. Works great. Love how much faster it is.

When i bought it i was sceptical. But in all honesty its a great product works well. Main feature i love is the fast rerouting...

Works great for all truck routes so you dont get caught on a road your not supposed to be on. Nice big display is easy to read
