New Zephyr fan install

Austin and Joel did a great job installing the new range fan. The were prompt and courteous and did a very tidy install of the new hood. They removed the old microwave/fan and recycled it. Everything about the purchase from Best Buy and the install was easy and pleasant. Everyone we worked with was helpful and pleasant. We received reminders about our appointment. It was great.

The two gentlemen who installed our new GE Profile range were terrific. They were polite, professional and did an exceptional job in getting me up and running. At one point I didn't think the range would fit into the space but they made it fit without sacraficing any surfaces or doing any damage to my newly painted kitchen cabinets. Great job!

Don't Purchase Installation

The worst installation service ever. Purchased March 6th. First attempt unsuccessful. Installers couldn't figure out how to resize the vent on the hood to the house vent. Second appointment, no one showed up because the scheduler forgot to confirm appointment with installers. The third attempt the installers couldn't do it because they said they were sent to do a different type of installation. They said they would contact their boss to have him call us to reschedule as soon as possible. Of course, no one called. I'm returning the item back to Best Buy.

Looks great after a complete balls up by BEST BUY. MONTHS we’ve waited on this to be corrected,the staff and sales people are the best but when it leaves there hands that’s when the cock-up happens.The craftsmen who installed this unit was professional and a joy to work with.

First they didn't show up in the first appointment, then when they came for the second time we were informed that the power outlet should be higher, which was never told before. We ended up without power on the range hood, and had to hire another installer.

No stars.....Damaged hood, and bad installation, I purchased hood, and paid a hefty amount for the install back in the beginning of January, ............ Im still waiting to have it installed correctly....
