For the amount of games that you get for the price, this can't be beat. Playing Rare games like Perfect Dark and Banjo and Kazooie were so much fun on the N64. Not to be able to go back and play them again as well as even older games such as Battletoads brings back so many memories. For the price, this just can't be beat.

This is probably the best deal you're going to get on the Xbox One. It's 30 games, which pretty much adds up to a dollar per game, and it's an even better deal if you catch it on sale like I did, or if you find a pre-owned copy. While not every game is great, there's some all-time classics like the Banjo-Kazooie games, Perfect Dark, Battletoads, and Conker. It's almost the perfect dream collection for anyone who grew up playing the Nintendo 64 (though don't expect Goldeneye, as I'm guessing there's some license issues there). The only real downside is that most of the games aren't actually included on the disc itself, and for many it acts as a middleman to downloading the included games. You won't be having to re-pay for games, but you will probably have to decide which games you want installed on your Xbox at any given time. Thankfully, you can still keep saves even if you delete the actual game data, so while rather inconvenient, at least you won't be too burdened with decisions.

This game is a steal for the price and the sheer number of games you receive in this bundle makes it worth the price easily...there are a few very obscure games on this title that you probably will never get around to playing or may lose interest on. However there are enough true Gems to keep you busy and entertained for awhile..there's also that one practically elusive game "Conkers Bad Fur Day" that was selling for ridiculous prices online and at local games stores..now its all included on this one disk. my only two gripes which are very minor gripes are: The install times are extremely time consuming and the control scheme of the controller I personally wish was different..but I've heard that a patch will be released to fix the control issues in the future on namely Jet Force Gemini. I enjoy the presentation of the game when you first start out. I enjoy how you choose to play games from a library and how you earn stamps to unlock behind the scenes videos...its a fun perk system. I enjoy how you can rewind the action on those extremely difficult arcade like games it gives you a chance to actually play a little longer. This is a overall slick package deal...this is a absolute MUST have for your xbox one collection. I honestly can not say enough good things about this game.

but now I'm a man reliving his childhood. The nostalgia will not be rare when you replay these classics. Be warned that if you are a graphics snob or require complexity from your games, you'll find most of the games to be far from what you normall play. But if you're looking for oldschool, challenging fun, this is a must have. It's $30 how can you go wrong?!

This collection has ALMOST every Rare game ever made, and all of their most early games (pre-1990.) Most of the games after 1990 are truly amazing - Battletoads, KI, Conker, Perfect Dark, etc. However, the early games have NOT aged well. While I can play Centipede, Pac-Man, Donkey Kong and other arcade classics today, their arcade games from the 80's are pretty terrible. Bad controls, poor design, etc. Jetpac is actually pretty addicting, but everything after that is pretty bad. Otherwise, like I said earlier - what really shines here are the games post-1980's. Great art direction, graphics, gameplay, stories, and humor. These were Rare's golden years. However, there are a few titles missing from these years that are arguably Rare's best games of the entire bunch: - The Donkey Kong Country series and Donkey Kong 64 - Killer Instinct 1 and 2 (although, KI Gold makes up for it slightly) - Goldeneye 007 Due to the rights attributed to each, these titles are not available on this collection. It's a bummer because the games I listed above are some of the greatest video games of all time. Overall, it's a great package, with a neat gameplay select system. But, not every game is awesome, and it doesn't include the best of the best. Four stars out of five.

Fun series of games, but there are a bunch of downloads the game needs to take before most of the titles are ready to play. I wish the description on the website gave more detail as to which games are included, and how many players for each. Nevertheless, this is an awesome collection, and when purchased at $19.99 less GCU discount, its a no-brainer.

My SO had been wanting Conker for ages, but we weren't about to drop a small fortune on the old N64 game. When this bundle rolled out, he didn't hesitate to grab it, and I can't say I'm complaining since we saved so much money. We'd have bought it just for Conker alone. But- Banjo Kazooie is nice too!

I love being able to play all these old games from when I was younger. the downside though I most of the games camera controls are difficult to work with but after playing the game for a while you adapt. Also on some of the games you have a border on the outside of the game making the screen smaller.

You simply can not beat the value included in this release. Granted, not every game in the collection is a home run but they all serve the purpose of showing the progression and evolution of Rare studios over the years. this is worth it for the N64 games alone. Buy it. You will not regret it.

$30 for 30 games. Sounds like an absolute steal, and it is. There are a lot of older games that will be little more than a temporary distraction, but plenty of classics in here to really sink your teeth into. Overall, well worth your money and a worthy addition to any gamer's collection.

Rare Replay is very much a "what you see is what you get" experience, and that is by no means a bad thing. 30 classic titles all wrapped into one, with control updates to mesh with the One controller. Presentation is top notch, and the nostalgia is heavy. Worth the buy even if you've only ever played a fraction of the titles.

Rare replay is a great value for 30 dollars. You get 30 rare classics of games made by rare ranging from the early 1980's to the late 2000's. If you are a fan of rare games such as Blast Corps, Conker's Bad Fur Day, Battle Toads, its a must buy. Something to find for nearly any gamer.

This is hands down one of the best values in gaming that the Xbox has to offer. Comes with 30 games for 30 dollars. Some of the games you might not care about but there is something for everyone in this collection. I've been having a blast playing Battletoads Arcade and Banjo-Kazooie.

In years past you would see compilation games like this all the time, but in 2015 they would rather sell you each game individually. That is what makes Rare Replay such an amazing value. 30 games for 30 bucks. This is worth 30 for Battletoads & Battletoads arcade alone. Pick it up.

Definitely recommend Rare Replay for people who have played Rare games before on the original systems. It's a really well done port and so far all of the games run great. The only problem I had was having to download all of the 360 games instead of installing them from the disc and the lack of Goldeneye and Donkey Kong 64.

30 games spanning 30 years! Everyone single being a classic for its time, worth every cent, if not for you, kids will love it! Showing history with mini-documentaries in development and what the creators intended to get out there to the public. 10,000 achievement points to boot!

The emulation is great for the newer games like battle toads, but the older games have issues with the controls. You HAVE to use the d-pad and even then it's really clunky. Overall, I would totally buy it again since it was a great value. Little disappointed in the responsiveness of the controls on the older games though.

These are a nice selection of old games with old style controls and old problems like bad movement/camera controls. But if you can tolerate those, it is still fun to play and packs a lot of game play value for the price. It is recommended that you look up what games in the collection are there before buying

Rare replay is awesome. Quite honestly one of the best collections they've made thus far. It'd be awesome if they'd be able to include Rare's full collection but for licensing purposes this is still pretty solid. It brings back alot of memories playing these games.

For the price, this is a steal. All these games are great! Classics. If you like older/retro games than this is for you. This is a very good game for families and group/coop couch gaming. Just make sure you have enough space for all the games! 10/10 in my opinion
