This movie has been trashed by critics, and as a Ratchet and Clank fan this movie isn't that bad. It's pretty entertaining to watch with the family.

Bought it after we got a PS4 for Christmas with the remastered R&C game. Fun way to launch the household into playing the game.

The Ratchet and Clank games have been one of my favorite game series of all time. So they finally made a movie about the games. But it's based on the first game they made. It's actually a really fun movie and has all the action and humor that made the games so great. If you're not familiar with the characters you might still enjoy it but if you're a fan of the games you'll know what to expect. I gave it 4 of 5 stars because it didn't exactly live up to my expectations as well as the games always do but it was still a very good adventure.

Coming into this movie, I wasn't expecting much. I am familiar with the video game, but wasn't sure if it would work as a movie aimed at kids. The movie is fairly scare-free, and is relatively easy to follow for all ages, and overall a fun little movie that is a step better than the usual CGI character driven kids movies out there today. Well recommended movie here (even if the movie didn't do that well in theaters).

I remember when Ratchet and Clank was released back in the early 2000s. It was a really fun game that was easy enough to play and was suitable for all ages. The series even had several releases afterward, which furthered the story along. This game is a reboot of the story. In many ways it is the same, but it is also different and updated for a new generation of gamers to play. I enjoyed it as do my kids.

This is one of the best video game based movie I've seen however most of the movie's is basically remastered cut scenes from the latest ratchet and clank ps4 game if you already played the game it's not worth buying they did a great job but they could have done a little better I hope they make a sequel in the future.

If you've ever played and enjoyed any of the Ratchet and Clank video games, then you'll love this movie as there are tons of similarities to the games. But then, even if you haven't played the games, this movie is still great for all ages with a good mix of action and comedy as you get to watch the lonely Lombax, Ratchet team up with his good robot friend and partner Clank to save the universe.

I personally love this series and can understand how older gamers could confuse this as a child's game. However, this series has something for everyone. You like puzzles? Got it. Driving/Flying? Yep FPS's? Certainly. Best described as a playable all in one platform first person shooter animated movie. If you haven't tried them, your definitely missing out on tons of fun.

If you've played the first Ratchet & Clank game, then you know the story line. But there are enough differences in the movie to keep you entertained. Plus, it plugs some plot holes the game never got around to explaining. All in all, a very enjoyable movie. Go and watch.

I had purchased the Ratchet & Clank PS4 videogame and this movie compliments the storyline of said game very well. If you have played the aforementioned videogame and have always been curious as to the events on said game, then I highly recommend getting this movie!

The adaptation from the video game and turning it into a movie was only a matter of time. The movie pretty much follows the video game to a tee with slight changes but for my generation who played this classic game. I for one welcome it with arms wide open, this is still a great children's movie.

I did play a lot of ratchet and clanking in my youth, but I was familiar with the game. I think that this was a well done game based movie. It was very humorous and action packed. I'm definitely keeping this in my collection.

I remember playing the game when it first came out many years ago and I'm glad they finally made a movie from it. If you loved the game you'll enjoy the movie. And even if you've never played, it give you an origin story.

My thirteen year-old son and six year-old daughter really enjoyed this movie. My thirteen year-old saw it as a nostalgic experience due to the fact that he's played various R & C games on the PS3 and PSP years ago.

As a Ratchet & Clank fan, I was both pleasantly surprised, and fairly disappointed. As a kid, I would imagine this movie is quite entertaining, yet as an adult, I find a little much with the slapstick humor.

Purchased this movie on a whim. I'm not familiar with the video game series but I still found this flick enjoyable. Excellent cast, great animation, and better than many big name studio animated features.

When I first watched this movie on Blu-Ray, it was truly based from the PS4 game from it's predecessor. When it first shown in theaters, it had a bad rap but on Blu-ray/DVD, it became a hit. If you are a fan of Ratchet and Clank, check this out!

This movie was not well-received critically, but I loved it! Rather than go for the emotional tones of Pixar and company, it goes for the laughs. This is a wonderful film, especially if you're already a fan of the Ratchet and Clank games!

The whole family has been playing Ratchet and Clank games since the PS2. The movie ties all of the games together into an enjoyable story and it is a good time for all!

I enjoyed this movie despite critics pointing out the flaws. Gorgeous cinematics based on the video game and some funny moments as well. Pick up the game along with this
