He is a college freshman and informed me that this "unbelievably cool, especially considering it was from someone old". He is off the Christmas list for next year. They look really sharp and he really likes them. The one photo I've seen is not particularly clear, but I blame the nephew and not the glasses.

Generally really like these, but the adaptive lens are not crystal clear and do not darken quickly outside. Taking phone calls those on the other line can't hear me well.
