    I purchased this glasses. The price is right and very happy with them. Something new relieves a lot of hand actions very easy to use. Also, I like the features. Very nice to have.

      As you are having some trouble with your audio we would ask you to please try restarting your glasses following these steps.

      Open the Ai app and and tap the 'Glasses' Icon, select Settings>General and Force Restart.

      This will cause your glasses to restart and should clear up your audio issue, if you are still having this issue after restarting your glasses then we would ask you to please reach out to our support then and we would be happy to look into this with you.
