This game has it all in terms of classic platforming gameplay and astounding 2D sprite animation on a level that really hasn't been seen in the last 15 years (with a few exceptions). The co-op gameplay is a must to try and although single player is a blast, there are some levels that a bit hard to play by yourself. These appear to have been geared more the the Wii motion controls and might have been a lot easier to pull off solo on that system.

Great game, for kids and adults too. Can't get my daughters away from it once they start this Rayman game.

This is one of those games that any little kid can pick up and really enjoy, yet there is enough challenge and enough special achievements and collectibles that it can be really fun and challenging for adults as well. The art style is amazingly colorful and smooth. Each level is like a painting come to life. The controls are tight and intuitive. If you've played anything where your character moves and jumps, then you're already comfortable with this game. Overall it's fun for anyone, very satisfying, and beautiful to look at.

If you're looking for a game that gives you a classic mario kind of playstyle this is a fun game and the kids love it

I haven't played this game, but my daughter loves it. It's one of the few games that she plays consistently. Great deal for $10.00. (gamestop had it for $30.00)

Bought this for my 15-year-old son and he loves it. Actually, the whole family loves it! It's reminiscent of old-school games while giving the speed and challenge of new games. Really a great purchase.

This is a game about rayman. You play it on your console.

This follow up to the colorful and wonderful Rayman Origins is an improvement on it's predecessor in every way. The visuals are more detailed and additional layers give them much more depth, the addition of Murphy provides some additional platforming challenge and there are a truckload of unlockables. The soundtrack is infectious and riotous and this platformer will take around 10 to 15 hours to see through to the end depending on how many of the collectables you pick up.
