Customer Ratings & Reviews

This mouse has been my favorite wired gaming mouse I have ever used. It feels substantial in your hand without feeling too bulky or heavy. It also feels like a more premium build quality than a handful of other gaming mice I have used in same price range. The clicks are satisfying without being overly loud and the available programmable buttons are more than enough for my needs. The ability to unlock the scroll wheel to freely rotate has been fantastic for reading through websites or scrolling through endless product listings. Adjusting the DPI on the fly has been great as well! I have used this as a plug-and-play mouse as I am not a fan of installing all the different software products that all of the different gaming accessories tend to come with. I know there is an ability to change profiles, colors, and other functionality, but I haven't felt the need to do any of that with the already great standard features the mouse has. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a competent and satisfying gaming mouse!

Comfortable mouse for small hands, not too lightweight but not super heavy. The thumb rest is great. I purchased this two years ago and it's working just as well as day one. RGB works fine, no issues. I play a lot of League of Legends and thats A LOT of clicking.

I’ve been using the Razer Basilisk V3 for a while now, and overall it’s a very solid gaming mouse. The first thing I noticed was how comfortable it feels in hand. The ergonomic shape and thumb rest make a big difference during long gaming sessions or even regular work. My hand doesn’t feel tired after several hours of use. The sensor is very accurate and responsive. In fast-paced games, especially shooters, tracking feels smooth and consistent with no noticeable lag or spin-outs. DPI settings are easy to adjust, so it’s simple to find the sensitivity that works best. One feature I really like is the scroll wheel. You can switch between tactile scrolling and free-spin mode, which is surprisingly useful not only in games but also when browsing or working with long documents. The RGB lighting looks clean and customizable through Razer Synapse. There are also plenty of programmable buttons, which makes it easy to set up macros or shortcuts. The only real downside is that it’s a wired mouse, which might not be ideal for everyone. However, the wired connection ensures stable performance and zero input delay. Overall, the Razer Basilisk V3 is a reliable, comfortable, and feature-rich mouse that works great for both gaming and everyday use.

I purchased this mouse for my son as he wanted to change over from a wireless mouse to a wired mouse while gaming. Needless to say this mouse met all of his expectations and them some. The buttons have a nice click feel to them and the mouse is spot on responsive with zero latency. It has RGB lighting with a textured scroll wheel and is also comfortable in the hand for long gaming sessions. For the price compared to the value it’s definitely worth giving it a try as you won’t be disappointed.

I wish the mouse was a little bigger but it does the job really well. It does still feel great and glides around nicely on my mouse pad. Very happy with the quality and look. For the price it's a great buy.

Feels really comfy and nice to hold. I use an aluminum mouse pad, and this thing glides real smooth on it. I do have to replace the skates soon, after less than a year, but I play a lot of Marvel Rivals, and the mouse pad is a hard surface, so it could just be a me problem lol. Great rgb and input response. Although, it is way too easy to accidentally click the tactical mouse wheel on/off button while gaming, but pretty sure that can be turned off in razer app

Great mouse, especially if you can find it on sale. The USB cable is plenty long, so you can either cable manage it nicely and still have room to spare or have a long cable completely loose. The RGB is beautiful, especially the reflective light at the bottom that puts a really nice glow around your mouse pad where the mouse meets it. The sensor is extremely accurate, and I’ve never had problems tracking or feeling “off” in FPS shooters. Such a solid mouse for the price. The synapse app is actually one of the better peripheral programs too, which is wonderful. Also, the scroll wheel with auto detect scroll that changed between infinity scroll and regular scroll is great. Just having the option to instantly switch to infinite scroll is great. Weight is a little on the heavy side, but that is to be expected with a bigger mouse, that’s wired and has RGB. Fits great in a medium sized hand that uses a palm grip.

Love the color it gives. Works great and goes great with the mouse pad purchased and removes smoothly.

The right-handed ergonomic design and appearance is very clearly the Thunderbird family style. Its size is medium to large, its lines are round and natural, and its weight of 101 grams is much lighter than the G502. v3's two scroll wheel modes are very surprising, which is why there was a delay in switching to Thunderbird. The newly added RGB light band is very stunning, and it can bring users a more excellent lighting atmosphere performance.

I've had a few versions of the Basilisk over the years, first the Basilisk essential, then the overpriced but good Basilisk Ultimate (Wireless). So this is my third Basilisk and it sits in the middle price wise of my first two. The V3 is very solid, buttons/clicks feel very good all around, although maybe a pinch more force needed than my Ultimate..but that could also be the amount of use that has smoothened out the buttons on the ultimate. Overall feel and function from the texture of the mouse and click/buttons are very good. Texture is significantly more aggressive than both. Could be personal taste but I enjoy it a lot. Lighting is very nice, although I don't use razers software because it uses far too much of my CPU and noticably affects my gaming experience including stutters and lower frames per second. I use Signal RGB if anyone's wondering. Overall better experience and less intensive on the computer in most cases. I'm hopeful the mouse will last me a long time as my other Basilisks have. I do recommend this one the most out the 3 total I now have. It is priced very reasonably for the features and quality you're getting. Just don't download the software or use it. Razer you need to stop trying to force your bloatware on me. -1 point for that behavior.

I'm not much of a gamer, I just bought this for the aesthetics. I know Razer is a reputable brand, so that is the only reason I chose this one. To my surprise its actually very comfortable. It feels like it was ergonomically created for me. Which is usually not the case since I have what i consider small hands for a man. scroll wheel is nice and responsive.

The free scroll option on the scroll wheel is just fantastic. Really good for getting back up on really long windows and rapidly changing items in-game as well! I’ve always been a wireless user and having this as my first wired gaming mouse was probably the best decision I’ve made. 11/10 would definitely recommend.

Alright, check this out honest review of the Razer Basilisk V3 Optical gaming mouse it is a solid piece of gear that fits right in your hand with that perfect ergonomic shape. It’s rocking Razer’s Focus+ optical sensor with 26,000 DPI, so you get crazy precise tracking whether you’re sniping in a shooter or blasting through fast-paced games. The buttons are super responsive thanks to Razer’s Optical Mouse Switches, which means zero debounce delay meaning every click registers instantly. Plus, the Chroma RGB lighting isn’t just for show; you can customize the colors and effects to match your setup or mood. Wired connection means no lag, just smooth, consistent performance. It’s a sleek, powerful mouse that’s built for serious gaming without any fluff. Definitely a top-tier pick if you want something that performs as good as it looks. Did I forget to mention custom bindings!

Very solid upgrade for my pc. I was using a 9 uesr old amazon special red dragon mouse for the longest. Needless to say i needed some updated equipment for my gaming sessions. For moba usage this mouse is perfect for me. Id highly recommend this mouse to a friend! Rgb and infinite scroll wheel are just extra bonuses (not to mention the rbg is the best ive seen placement wise for most gaming mice).

After years of only using claw grip mice, I took a chance on the Basilisk V3. I have to say the comfort and contour to my hand makes hours of gaming seem like minutes. It's so highly customizable with key binding options, the scroll wheel speed adjustment, and the cursor speed button that I actually have open slots for some games. But my favorite part is how smooth the glide is across the mouse pad. It makes leading shots a simple task.

The Razer Basilisk V3 has significantly improved my gaming performance. Its precision is excellent, and the DPI settings are quick and easy to adjust. The RGB lighting is stylish and customizable. Its ergonomic design provides comfort even during long gaming sessions. Ideal for anyone looking for a durable, high-performance mouse.

Pros: • Comfortable grip • Responsive and accurate clicks • Useful side buttons • Smooth performance with no lag Cons: • None so far Review: This mouse was a much-needed upgrade for me. I was coming from an older Bluetooth Razer mouse that I had used for years. It was so worn down that the fabric was ripping and the clicks weren’t always registering anymore. The Basilisk V3 feels great in my hand, and everything works exactly as it should. The side buttons are very useful, the clicks register perfectly, and the mouse feels responsive and in sync with my display. I haven’t had any issues at all. It’s comfortable, reliable, and performs well across the board. I’m very happy with this mouse.

I’ve gotta say: I love this mouse!!! Everything about it is awesome - the left/right mouse wheel buttons, the side buttons, and the thumb rest! It even looks amazing with my computer setup on my desk! The only, ONLY thing I don’t really like about it is how “clicky” some of the buttons are. If you like that sorta feel/sound, then this is an 11/10 for you, but if not: You might want to do some research on it first. I think it’s fine still because I’ll be wearing my gaming headset most of the time - so I won’t hear the clicks hardly as much. As for the feel - I expect it won’t take long to get used to. This is an amazing mouse overall, and for the price I’d definitely recommend!

This is a very good mouse. It feels comfortable in hand, works smoothly, and responds quickly. The quality is solid and it performs well for everyday use. I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend it.
