I love razer I previous used the Razer basilisk V2 pro, and moved on using basilisk V3 pro, and now they updated their latest basilisk V3 pro with 35k wireless, aesthetically everything looks the same with the previous version now with Razer latest optic sensor gen 2, that keeps the same RGB functionality and pretty the same customization like the previous release
DEVICE
the new refresh offer the latest 35k focus pro optical sensors from razer, previous version was 30k optical sensor. the design has changed at all unless you’re coming from V2 pro since V3 uses USBC for charging or a wireless charger that can be purchased separately. same programmable button as previous version overall you will not tell the difference at all. the box also comes with their Hyperspeed wireless dongle, that let you achieve 4000hz polling rate. I didn’t notice any sounds differences when clicking compared to regular V3 pro, one i’ve notice after having almost 3 basilisk mouse is that V3 pro 35k feels so much heavier compared to V2 pro.
SOFTWARE
Razer synapes will be required if would like to fully customize your RGB. add Macros and save multiple DPI profile. you can even sync the RGB lights with all your razer product to communicate in game that reacts to certain in game actions.
CONCLUSION
V3 Pro 35k is great for people who enjoy heavy mouse, some might not enjoy the weight of this mouse since it’s a bit on the heavy side. I was hoping for this new refresh that they will also include the wireless charger but we would still need to purchase that separately. the addition of wireless dongle make this deal atleast a much better purchase that it’s previous version. if you have other razer mice that supports the dongle it can fully take advantage of it’s 4000hz polling rate. overall this mouse is an excellent choice for competitive gamer, it’s precise that guarantee will help you win those battles

Replaced my Logitech G Pro X Lightspeed with this because I wanted something a little better for productivity (while still being decent for gaming). While I miss how light the G Pro X is, this mouse definitely feels better, both in terms of ergonomics and build quality. The Basilisk definitely has one of if not the best scroll wheels on any mouse I've used, and the ability to switch between 2.4ghz and Bluetooth is a nice perk as well.
When my G pro x broke, I couldn't decide between the Basilisk and the Logitech G502X Plus, so I ended up buying both. Although the G502 has a better battery and feels slightly better for gaming due to it's lighter weight, I ended up returning it in favor of the superior build quality and feature set of the Basilisk.
It is quite disappointing that a mouse of this price doesn't come with wireless charging out the box (you have to buy the puck and charger separately), but the Smart Reel feature alone is enough for me to ignore that.

Coming off years of the Basilisk Ultimate, this is just a straight upgrade. Gonna miss the adjustable scroll wheel resistance, but the new modes are good enough. The all around RGB is a nice touch, and the sensitivity clutch is ACTUALLY worth using now (feels more natural). Here's to several more years with my favorite form factor mouse

Great mouse! Very responsive and smooth for competitive FPS games like Valorant, Hunt Showdown, and Arc. The extra weight when compared to the Death Adder is negligible, and the the thumb rest is perfect for long gaming sessions. I cannot recommend this enough.

So comparing this to the Logitech G502 X Plus mouse. I had a G903 but was plagued by the double click issue. So went to get their new mouse the G502 X Plus. The clicking sounds very cheap/plasticy vs the older switches and the scroll wheel isn't as heavy which kinda sucks. So decided to try out the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro. RGB is better than the logitech which isn't a big deal but still nice. Scroll wheel is better however, big issue for me is it doesn't have the "infinite" scroll (the one when you click a button and you can fling the middle mouse button to scroll very fast). So that was problem number 1. Second issue that was the biggest for me was the thumb curve just wasn't as nice as the logitech's. On top of that, I have the logitech power play mouse pad so it just made more sense to stick with the 502 x plus since I never have to have it plugged in or docked. The basilisk is still a good mouse, but they really need an infinate scroll and wireless charging mouse pad, then I would've kept it.

I absolutely love this mouse. I had a mouse with the wire for 5 years and it stopped working due to being used constantly. I switched to this wireless mouse. Lightweight, love the colors, easy to setup and makes the gaming experience so much more fun!
