10 Audio 10 noise cancellation 10 micrphone quality 10 out of 10. Excellent quality. Most earphones I have to take off after a while it begins to hurt my ears. These are different. I sleep in them. I use them for the call center at work. I use them for gaming, I use them for my mobile calls. I absolutely love these. If I don't want to hear no one, I WILL NOT. When on calls or gaming they do NOT hear your background. A must buy item. *****5 STARS ALL AROUND *****

Best Mic for any wireless headsets out there. My friends noticed immediately how crisp it was. Razer Synapse has some really solid audio presets already too. I would give these 5 stars, but in my own opinion they can get a bit uncomfortable over longer sessions.

I want to start of by saying, I have never been a huge fan of razer products as I believe you are paying for the name most of the time.
I went into the store looking for a new headset as mine had finally crapped out, I had used studio headphones for years. I was approached by one of the workers and he started recommending me headphones, One of them being these here. I was super skeptical of his knowledge at that point due to razer not being the greatest for me in the years past. BUT I went ahead and went with them. Honestly, I was insanely impressed. The sound quality is decent but the mic quality is unmatched for the price. I have a shuresm7b and honestly, with the right tuning. Most people can't tell the difference. You get that professional sound from a "gaming headset" which is normally unheard of. I also want to add, I am not a huge fan of wireless headphones due to having to charge them, BUT THESE LAST FOREVER. A 15 minute charge will last you hours and a full charge, all day and then some. Highly recommend.

I really like it overall. mic is good, sound quality is good. It has good range. Ive been using this headset for years, using the insurance to replace it every 2 years. Even after 2 years , the only real reason to replace it is the wireless range deteriorates after a while of normal use. Very durable just make sure to tweak the mic settings with the razer software. If you have dolby atmos , these headphones work really well with it.

The 2023 edition of the blackshark v2 has been a very good headset since purchasing. You have to break it in a little for it to start fitting comfortably, but after that its barely noticeable while wearing. The wireless mic quality is also much better on this version and has worked without issue for the 2 or so months ive been using it

Needed a new headset after running a wired Astro headsets for years.Great sound, great mic quality, and the foam earmuffs do a solid job at noise cancelling your surroundings. Has a few different sound presets that can be changed easily by a button along with a handy volume knob, and with a whole 70 hours of battery life.

The sound quality for these are very good. I'm not a huge fan of the preset sound options but you can change those in the software if you like. The mic on these headphones is by far the best headset mic I've come across. They have great noise isolation and are very comfortable. My kids think they look cool too! Like fighter pilot head gear.

My partner loves these headphones. Before, he had some of the older wired Razer headphones, and they had their fair share of connectivity issues and audio input quality issues. These are a fantastic upgrade! He'll typically charge them every 3 days or more, and he uses them all of the time. In comparison to other top BT headphones, these are by far the best ones we've tried!

Comfort is 5/5. Audio and mic were 5/5 after some tweaking. But the 2.4ghz connection would constantly go into pairing mode and disconnecting. Especially annoying mid game. I tried every port on my pc. Tried the included extender too but still no difference. Ended up returning it and going back to my Astro a50s

I have owed 2 pairs of these headset and I’m about to buy a third. The headset is perfect from the audio to the mic. The only issue I have had is a quality issue which is primarily the small plastic side piece on the headest. As careful as I am the small piece tends to snap after some time. I would rate it 5 out of 5 if the side piece was more durable or replaced with a stronger component. If you’re planning on getting this headset, I recommened getting the two year warranty in order to avoid having to pay out of pocket again.

This is the headset I've always asked for. Great sound, USB C, and most importantly, legendary batterylife. When I switched to these from my Astro A50s, my friends instantly noticed a difference in mic quality, and I have found myself using these for casual music listening. Not gonna rival other over the ear headsets that are dedicated to music, but with the Razer Synapse, you can get pretty close. Don't sleep on these.
