    After purchasing this product I found it lit up but no keys responded at all. I took it back only to be insulted saying I had to install the software in order for it to work. Being an I.T. for a living I know this to be bogus and I was upgradingfrom another razor keyboard. Granted I had the software installed anyways I had done research after the fact to find this somewhat of an issue with this keyboard. 2nd one worked like a charm and still does. Don't let the store reps tell you it won't work w/o software. The manual even says it will work without software, but not all features will work. Color profiles are awesome though.
