This keyboard is an excellent choice for almost any user. Whether you are a tech savvy person or just a beginner. This keyboard has something for all users. If all you do is use the back lighting or install the software and fully customize the keyboard you will be happy. Keyboard has great feedback from mechanical keys and is very bright in light or dark settings. I definitely recommend this item.

Great mechanical keyboard, with six different lighting style options and tons of colors to choose from. The space between keys is a bit snug, so if you have big hands/fingers, be aware.

I originally had a SteelSeries Apex gaming keyboard, but it was way too big for my taste. I ended up selling that and getting this keyboard. The build quality on this thing is outstanding. The LED lit keys are gorgeous. They are much more accurate and brighter than on the Apex. There are quite a few presets for the LED, but the configurator allows you to create virtually any effects that you'd like to see. Razer's Synapse app performs well and is easy to use. The only reason I docked a star is because they keys are a tad loud. Granted, it's a mechanical keyboard, but I'd like them to be a little more quiet. I'm looking forward to many more gaming sessions with this fella.

I love it! I'm a chick, so I love that it can change colors with my mood, which is often and a wide range. It's super clicky, like a type writer, I guess if you were born anytime after the '80s you're probably like "wtf is a type writer?" Google it, it's history, learn something! All in ALL, I highly recommend this ridiculously expensive, but superb keyboard! Mic. Drop!

Easy connection into the Razer Synapse software. Brilliant colors and easy to setup different profiles. Replaced another Razer keyboard and happy with the mechanical keys. Recommend for gamers.

The keyboard itself is very nice! Buttons click very precisely. In order to get the best out of the product, an application needs to be downloaded onto the computer called Razer Synapse (free to download). This application allows very many ways to customize the keyboard to user's preference!

This Keyboard is Flawless!! I got it and I have the Blue LED'S lighting up at night with my tower lighting up Blue too and it looks really amazing! A little clicky but this is the best keyboard! Pay the extra Money it's worth it.. It has USB ports on the right side of the keyboard as well :)

It's a great keyboard for both looks and use, as well as easy set up.

This thing is heavy and built like a tank. The key presses are consistent across every single key and the lighting effects are a nice touch. If you use a KVM switch, all functions will pass through it with no issues. My only complaint is that the numlock and capslock lights ave very dim and you cant see them at all in bright light. This is a GREAT keyboard!

I initially bought the Razer headset which I'm completely happy with, but started to feel the keyboard the Mac bring was to dull and was missing the number section. Found out about the Razer colorful keyboard and had to have it and I can't be more happy with it just what I wanted.

I bought this keyboard for my 12-year-old son, who plays PC games most of his waking moments when not in school. He absolutely loves it! He now takes this keyboard with him, along with his laptop, whenever he goes to his grandmother's house, because he loves the edge that it gives him while playing. And it looks absolutely amazing!

I recently purchased the Black Widow Chroma for some game on my Macbook Pro 2015... Mac OS compatibility.... No problems!!! The Black Widow works perfectly in several Mac OS games and Window games played through Parallels 10 software. LED customization is very easy along with macro setups for in game use. Every key can be configured as a macro or you can use the side keys that are setup for macros. This is one awesome keyboard... The main cord from keyboard to usb has a braid sheath covering for heavy duty protection... Key strokes are very responsive and smooth... I really like the feel of this keyboard... it is well built IMHO and feels like it will last for years... The only thing for me is the key stroke sound... part of me likes it and part of me wants the silent key sounds... Not a big issue for me! I have no problems recommending this to anyone who is looking for a gaming keyboard or a regular keyboard for a desktop or laptop... I love the LED and the ability to make macros for games or for other task that require repetition of the same key strokes. Price... This may deter some from making the purchase, but considering the quality and all the features... It's worth the price.

When I first started looking for a keyboard I was looking for something that had lighted keys because of typing at night. When I saw the display model for this one I fell in love with it, just not the price. But after comparing various ones and reputation and looking at other reviews online I decided to bite the bullet and get this one. Its amazing with the effects you can choose from and colors you can preset. I haven't fully figured it out but after playing with the effects and settings I settled on a neat 'steady' blue keys that when I press a key it ripples a tealish color to get a neat tron-ish effect I guess you could call it. You can layer effects and colors but it seems you can only do so many. The only other thing you will notice is the keys are a bit louder. I was a little nervous at first since I type at night of disturbing my partner but it's not that loud. I would definitely recommend this.

The keys are rated for 60 million strokes at least, but when feeling the keyboard I really didn't care for it too much. That might be personal preference and, as with all mechanical keys, hearing a stout clickety-clack noise is always welcomed, so I don't doubt the 60 mil claim. Colors under the keys were good, but the symbol keys over the numbers (e.g. ,!,@,#,$,%,^,&,*,(,), :, etc) were painted on and it's nice to see the symbols light up. Not everybody needs the visual reference, but for me it's nice to have, especially as other brands showcase symbols with backlighting too.

I have two of these but my old one is not chroma, I wish it was. The razor keyboards are the best keyboards I have ever used. The keys do make a clicking noise when pressed but its a mechanical keyboard and I game hardcore, I didnt expect silence when I game.
