I love Razer products. Especially my Viper Ultimate wireless mouse, but the Blackwidow Mini V3 has a few issues. When in the 2.4 mode, it creates some sort of interference with my mouse. My mouse will just freeze and stop working for seconds, to minutes, to sometimes completely not responding, and I have to unplug and plug it back in. I actually believe this keyboard comes with a multi-device dongle that may prevent this issue, but that requires installing Razer Synapse, which is always a huge PC resource hog, and I just never use it.
The mechanical switches are always nice, but some of them on my board are malfunctioning. I've only had this keyboard for 3 weeks, but this issue started on day 1. My G, Q, T, P, and Y keys will double type at times, but that is probably just from me getting a board from a bad batch. Your mileage may vary.
The RGB that Razer Chroma provides is always very nice. I never use Synapse, but there are keyboard shortcuts to cycle through on-board RGB presets, so that's a plus for anyone that does not want to install Razer's software.
I usually use full size keyboards because I enjoy having my numpad, and I can say with certainty that I miss it. I got this keyboard to have more mouse room, and that was the tradeoff. The mouse room is very helpful, but man do I miss that numpad. If you're someone who can't go without a numpad, and you're not needing more mouse space, don't even consider it, just get the full size Blackwidow.
Overall, it provides for a good gaming and typing experience, other than the lack of a numpad. The keyboard is functional, it has great build quality, great packaging, and Razer Chroma lighting is always great, but it could use some love in terms of quality control. I've never used a bad Razer product, and even with it's few quirks, this still isn't a bad one.
Plus, I'm always in support of Razer's CEO, Min-Liang Tan. He is generous and is known to give back to his customers through gifts, giveaways, and even personally replacing broken hardware of Razer brand.

A Perfect Beginner Gaming Keyboard!

For sure, one of the best keyboards I have owned! I was never a huge Razor fan by any means, but I do love a well made and tactical sounding 65% board! This keyboard definitely takes the cake in regards to the other experiences I have had; the keys feel extremely high quality, the colors are beautiful, the customization is awesome, the wireless functions work seamlessly! The only reason this is not a 5/5 for myself, is the fact that it seems as though the battery life on the keyboard is very limited. It is a gaming device, so 9/10 times you are going to want to plugged in at all times, however if you do so you risk the battery depletion that I have experiences; it feels hard to do basic work tasks/homework as the battery is drained quickly. However, I have found that limited the lighting effects or turning them off completely increases battery production greatly. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this if you are trying to get into 65% boards!

Amazing Keyboard - Compact and Clicky

I recently added the Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed 65% Wireless Mechanical Keyboard to my gaming setup, purchasing it from the BestBuy app during its Drop promotion, and I've been quite pleased with its performance. This keyboard deserves a solid 4 out of 5 stars for several standout reasons.
Firstly, the compact size is perfect for my limited desk space, allowing me more room to maneuver without sacrificing functionality. The clicky tactile switches provide satisfying feedback with each keystroke, which is not only pleasing during gaming sessions but also helpful for typing accuracy.
The wireless functionality is seamless, with minimal latency that is essential for competitive gaming. The battery life is impressive, lasting through long gaming sessions without a hitch. Additionally, the build quality feels robust, with a design that promises durability.
However, there is a slight learning curve due to the 65% size, especially if you're used to a full-sized keyboard. It took me a little time to adjust, but once I did, the streamlined design really started to shine. It took a while to get used to the Razer fn keys that aren't as easily customizable - but not too difficult to get the hang of overall.
Overall, the Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed is a top-notch choice for gamers looking for a high-quality, compact wireless keyboard. Its performance and build quality justify a strong four-star rating, making it a recommendable purchase for any serious gamer.

Overall I like the size and feel of this board quite a bit. It is a bit tougher to code on than a full-sized but I am getting used to it. The keys are very loud but are also very satisfying to press. The battery does seem to drain pretty quickly. I have to charge it about once a week. I might use it 20 hours a week. The lighting is nice and easy to customize once you get the Razer software. It is a solid feeling board, though it is all plastic. It is also pretty light. This board is my first wireless mechanical, though I have been using mechanical keyboards for a while now. I have to say I am pretty happy with it. The recharge cable is braided, which is always a nice perk.

This is a great little keyboard for a small system on the go or for an Xbox! The cable is incredibly durable and returns to a nice slack natural stance once unwound. I enjoy the tactile feedback and quick action of the keys. Very satisfying audible feed back too!

Great keyboard, connects almost instantly when I disconnect the cable. Which, in itself, is helpful in that it adds an extra spot to plug in another accessory to charge. I'll also use the same port for my controller when I'm playing action games. I was also worried about the lack of keys for macros, but it's not hard to use the razer chroma software to setup unused keys for stuff like Play/pause and volume buttons. Overall wasn't expecting the versatility that this added to my setup. I picked it up on sale at $130 and that seems like a solid price, I'd maybe pass on the $180.

Great 65% layout keyboard. I got the green switches but should have gotten yellow, the greens are bit too audible. MSRP on this is $180 but its typically on sale for about half that nowadays. Keyboard is pretty basic, outside the 2.4hz wireless, so current price is more inline for what its probably worth. Razer lighting effects are pretty so that's a plus.

It’s a very minimal and stylish keyboard.
The tactility and build quality really makes you want to use it more. The key caps are also textured to not weather and absorb oils. Battery life will get you about a weeks use, and only takes maybe an hour to fully charge. For the sales prices you can get it for, I highly recommend this

Keyboard is nice and compact, but still great for gaming. Key switches have a great feel to them and are a good noise level for clicky style switches. RGB works well once you install Razer's software.

This is a really nice keyboard. I don't typically like the smaller keyboards but this one works really well and has been great. It is very easy to setup and work either wireless or cable connected. It has a nice response time and it is not silent but it is fairly quiet compared to some other switch types.

On the bad side:
-Lacks a numeric keypad
-Lacks a touch pad or trackball
-Size can be a little hard to type on
On the plus side
-Has cute little RGB lights that change color while in use (they can be turned off if you don't like them)
-Can actually be plugged in while using it, or you can use the rechargeable battery (which I hear does not last long before needing a recharge)
-Very lightweight
-Has 4 different ways to connect to your computer. USB wired, USB wireless, Bluetooth, unified USB wireless with a Razer mouse (like logitech does). I can't think of a way to connect to your computer it doesn't do
-Tactile feel improves ability to type
-Has a durable feel to it
The last pro is the one I like the best about it. Though time will tell, I think this will last way longer than any of my recent $20 wireless keyboards I've bought. All of which have literally fallen apart in mere months.
Good purchase I'm thoroughly enjoying.

I'm a Razer guy, through and through. And coming across this keyboard, it was everything i wanted. My only disappointment is not being able to use the wireless USB dongle on my PS5. It does work with it, being wired. I primarily bought this keyboard to play Fortnite with m+kb on my PS5 when I'm at my lady's house, and away from the desktop. It has 3 bluetooth links on the keyboard for your favorite devices. Do read the manual too, to discover all of its features. As far as it not working wireless on PS5, I've read that, that it is a Playstation software problem, and not a Razer problem, which I agree, because the dongle works on several of my other devices, including Xbox and my phone (via usb adapter; Samsung S20+). Overall 10/10. Playstation, please resolve this.

I needed an small keyboard that was bluetooth compatible and this keyboard is perfect. The price is pretty steep but I won't let the price take away from the rating. Basically if you're like me and need a 65% keyboard that will connect to bluetooth, then this is the best keyboard you can buy from BestBuy. .

This keyboard is better in many ways than the full size keyboard I currently own. Since it's Bluetooth, I can add it to my phone and tablet to type anywhere. It also has a cable that is C to C that I can unplug from both ends. With my full size keyboard, if I need to restart it, I have to get down and unplug it from my desktop. With this one, i can power it off or restart from unplugging it at the top. Overall much better. 10/10
