The keyboard is fairly sturdy and responsive with the glaring exception of the volume wheel (more on that shortly). I like the versatility of switching between computers/tablets (you can bind up to 3) as I typically work on more than one device at a time. You can't switch between devices if its plugged in but the usb cord can be pulled out quite easily so its not really a big deal. The deal breaker is the volume wheel. It is extremely poorly designed and is practically guarantied to break within a few months of purchase. It will start breaking down and when you try to use it, it will register any spin as both directions effectively preventing any volume change. I spent hours looking for a solution and found out that there is no real solution, its just a fundamental design flaw that Razer will do nothing about. In fact, according to reports it will likely break down to the point that the volume will start glitching and randomly changing even when you don't use the wheel. You can try cleaning it with contact cleaner solution but that lasted all of a week before it was malfunctioning again. Volume control was a key function I looked for in a keyboard so I'm just going to have to replace this overpriced paperweight.

Sometimes have issues with double pressing might be getting used to mechanical keyboards again. Other than that wireless is awesoome, RGB is awesome, customization is limitless.

Lacks functionality/ease of use on basic features like changing backlight color without having to open synapse, and having extra programable keys. Battery life could also use some work. Overall good keyboard.

Bought for a PS5. Would be recognized but would not work with the console. Good build quality. Nice RGB. Comfortable wrist rest. Just wouldn’t work for what I needed it to do.

Still use it today, Great Quality and little to no input lag.

I originally purchased the Corsair 100 RGB, but ended up returning it since the typing experience with the optical switches wasn't very good for typing. I bought the Blackwidow V3 Pro, trading a much better typing experience for a horrible wrist rest, which does not attach to the keyboard. Interestingly enough, the keyboard pictures in Best Buy make it look like it actually attaches, but it doesn't. I ended up using Velcro. Otherwise, the keyboard is fine, but I would never pay the $230 full price for it.

So I originally purchased the steel series keyboard, but I bought a razor mouse and decided to get the matching keyboard. This one is not really an upgrade from the steel series if I am completely honest. Although it comes with a proprietary software suite which adds extra perks the truth is that it’s almost identical to the steel series. Either of them are good choices. The con to this one is it’s additional wrist piece. It’s not attached like the steel series. If it was magnetized like the steel series it would be equal or better.

Great keyboard, minus the volume knob that (literally) never works.

It's a 4.5 star keyboard if you take the time to learn all it's functions and quirks - which did take me some time, which is why I knocked off half a star. If it wasn’t so awesome after getting it set up, I would have given it 3 or 4 stars. Google, Reddit, and Razer customer service (who were and are very responsive) got me set up; with what I'm calling my dream keyboard. It's it. I use it to type ridiculously fast, comfortable and satisfyingly. As well as to have an audio visualizer for my music (again took some tinkering with to figure out), but well worth it. It's an inspiration to have at my home office and brings me joy each time I use it. I tested over 50 keyboards and for me and my preferences, this was the best. At writing this I’ve used the BWV3Pro for 3 days.

I got this keyboard as a gift for my girlfriend for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. I managed to get it on sale but would consider it worth the full price. But obviously, if you can snag it on sale, go for it. The build quality is solid, it has a nice weight to it. The key brightness is good, even on the standard keys. She keeps talking about how comfortable the wrist rest is compared to the one of her old Corsair. The dedicated media controls feel a bit cheap, but the volume wheel is really nice. The battery life seems to be great, I don't believe she keeps it at full brightness though, and I wouldn't say you need to. I don't much care for the sound of the click, but she really likes it. So, to each their own. If you're worried about which switch to get, you can hear audio samples of the various switches over on Razer's website. All in all, it was a great buy.

I got this keyboard for 90$ off, quite a steal for a product such as this. Very good design, the lighting is great, and it is pretty lightweight. I upgraded from my old blackwidow from like 2012 and its great. It also comes with a wrist rest, which currently i dont use since i play on my couch/recliner, but this doesnt attach to the keyboard, which seems like a missed opportunity on razer’s part for even better design. The only things i miss is having a few dedicated macro keys, and having a usb jack in the keyboard for peripheral devices such as a headset. Other than these two minor preferences of mine that it lacks, its amazing and such a great purchase. Highly recommend while it is on sale, base price is expensive but if you have the money to spend, id say go for it. I cant imagine anyone being disappointed.

Compared to a wired mechanical keyboard I was using before this one is 100% better in every way. Keys feel great, ligths are very customizable and it has great software integration if you have other razer products.

A mechanical keyboard will always be better than a membrane keyboard. Both in the productive part and in the gaimin part, the touch of mechanical keys is much appreciated, without a doubt this is an excellent keyboard of a premium quality.

An amazing hefty keyboard, and the best true wireless one I've seen on the market. This thing looks amazing with pudding caps!

I would have given it 5 star but some of the button double presses sometimes. Otherwise it is great!

Makes the right sounds at the right volume. I don't worry too much about the colors, I still have it set to the default. The keys are a pretty good height, I don't find myself missing keys so much as I find myself accidentally pressing them.

Aweful. I've had to many razer products in the past. All of which has been absolute garbage. This keyboards RGB's died 2 months in for literally no reason, since it was 2 months in the return window with Best buy was up, I contacted razer and they basically told me tough luck. But this isn't the only razer device ive has fail on me, I've had there razer basilisk V3 pro, month in, the mouse stopped holding a charge, so the only way to use it was to use it wired only. Not only was the RGBs an issue with this key board, but for the price, it's made out of plastic, hard premium plastic, but it's still plastic, for this price, it should be made out of cold hard metal, like my Corsair k100 I went all Corsair and I don't regret it. Corsair makes amazing stuff , I'm still on my Corsair k100 2 years now, still looks super clean, completely heavy hard cold metal, and still going strong.

[Employee of bestbuy] For the price of this keyboard i was expecting much more. The stabilzers rattles very loudly, the keycaps feel cheap and are already bevoming shiny. The wrist wrest it comes with is a absolute joke, cheap rubber and plastic. For this cost do yourself a favor and either build your own keyboard, or buy a steel series.

This is a beautiful keyboard, fully customizable, brightly lit, and just the right level of clicky. However, the Chroma Studio settings hardly ever work unless the keyboard is wired in- when connected via Bluetooth or dongle, the keyboard lighting settings reset. The whole point of dropping this much money on a keyboard was the wireless and RGB aspects, and they were supposed to work simultaneously.
