Wireless keyboard with good features, 1 key flaw

I purchased this keyboard to replace the Logitech G613 (it was double keying the "1" key and a few other ones). I was looking for a replacement keyboard that has the following features:
1) wireless
2) mechanical keys
3) clicky keys
This keyboard ticked all the boxes. And coming from a long list of Razer mouses (Diamondback, Mamba, Viper, Naga Pro and Basilisk Ultimate), I figured this is the next logical choice.
Features
This keyboard has a good amount of connectivity options. USB-C, wireless 2.4ghz, and BT (connect to 3 devices, so very helpful in connecting to Amazon FireTV to do debugging, etc.). The battery also lasts a good amount of time (I charge it about every 2-3 days after it goes to below 50% with about 4-7 hours of usage per day).
The palm rest is made of plastic foam cushion, I found it to be quite comfortable, but I do wish it attached to the keyboard magnetically. It doesn't slide around much, but would be nice if it can attach and detach easily from the keyboard.
Productivity
From a productivity/work perspective, this keyboard is completely unreliable. I work in the finance industry, and use the numbers key regularly. The keys frequently double-types, which would be a HUGE mistake if I am typing in the wrong price or wrong amount for an order. I reflashed the keyboard and dongle to the latest firmware. The double-type continues to occur, in wireless 2.4ghz, BT, and USB-C.
I even did a replacement, and the keyboard is slightly better, but still has a few keys that double-types. I will be returning this keyboard.
Gaming
Unfortunately, because of the constant double-typing, I did not bother to test the gaming aspects of this keyboard as I will be returning it.
Customer Support
This is by far the worst large peripheral manufacturing companies I have ever dealt with. When I contacted them, they were very hesitant on replacing the keyboard or do any troubleshooting other than the firmware flash. Granted, it's still within the 30-day return period, so they recommended I return it to BestBuy for an exchange.
I would like to add my 2 cents on their product support on their items. I have a Basilisk Ultimate that I bought for 10 months from BestBuy, I lost the clutch key, when I contacted them, they make you jump through hoops (photos, videos, etc.) and then they come back and tell you that they don't stock the item. It's disappointing that a top gaming peripheral company doesn't stock a 1 cent item to make their customers happy.
On another incidence, I have a Naga Pro I got last Christmas as a gift. It had Bluetooth connectivity issues, they refused to honor the warranty for a brand new product.
Summary
Overall, I really wanted to like this keyboard as I liked the overall design (I did not want a keyboard with dedicated macros on the left side of the keyboard as I sometimes miskey the keys when I reach for the "Ctrl, shift, cap and tab" on the left most side of the keyboard), but the double-typing was the dealbreaker for me.

I was wanting a wireless keyboard and this definitely takes the cake. It can be used wired or wireless. You can hotkey all the keys and have complete control of the rgb lighting

Great keyboard!! NO LAG & GREAT RESPONSE TIME. However, if you are a loud and fast typer (guilty), your family members will be upset if you keep your office door open, lol.

This is the best keyboard I've ever owned. Not everyone will like the typewriter like sounds coming from your gaming area but I love it. Razer has the best gaming accessories hands down.

This item is a complete piece of garbage. I set it up using the 2.4ghz dongle and even with the keyboard within feet of the dongle it wouldnt stay connected and even when it was connected the color wouldnt stay static even though that’s what it was set as through the app. It may work better with bluetooth but that would’ve required me to go buy a bluetooth adapter for like $30 when i already spent $290 on this keyboard with the warranty for that price it should work out of the box without having to buy extra hardware. Also the wrist rest is a cheap piece of garbage and isnt even magnetic where my older blackwidow elite has a magnetic one that is much better quality

Classic razer keyboard but wireless. The wireless signal is great for the most part but I’ve noticed some interference a couple times when plugged into the back of my pc in certain ports. Wished the battery life would be longer but not too bad either way. Other than that, great product. Same as wired. Wish it came with tactile switches though.

Overall it works fine, I upgraded from the non-wireless version. Sometimes it send a duplicate letter on certain keys. It may just be my keyboard, but it’s something I’m working around. I have the 2 year protection so if it gets worse I can swap it. I wish I had got the wired one but the wireless capabilities are nice.

Exactly what I needed. The only thing I don't like is having to charge it periodically. Of course I knew that when I bought it. Nevertheless it is a bit annoying, especially since the keyboard end of the charging cable is one of those fussy mini-usb connectors. Anyway, I try to lengthen battery life between charges by setting the time for the keyboard to dim when there is no activity to 2 minutes, and the time for it to turn off completely to 15 minutes, which is the minimum. These settings are located in the included software. Overall, very satisfied.

Lot's of ghost keypresses, not what I want.

TL;DR, the keyboard has a pretty good build quality but there are some definite issues with ghost presses and connectivity.
I'll start with the good:
Build quality is nice. It's what you would expect from a very expensive keyboard. Is it on par with what you can get from an enthusiast keyboard (think Ducky, Keychron, GMMK, Drop, Epomaker, Royal Kludge, et al)? Probably, but more on why that's not helping it's case later. I like the keycaps in that they seem to be consistent and feel nice while you're typing.
Now on to why this board is a waste of money:
In short, you can get a much better performing keyboard for the same price, or probably a lot less!. Remember what I said above about it being on par with the build quality of other boards? Most of those I mentioned above have better quality, no issues with ghost key presses, and some come with more options (like a hot swap board so you can change your switch anytime you want!)
***Here's the thing that makes this board not worth the money. I have had to retype SEVERAL words in this review already because I will get 2 letters when I press certain keys. Most notable are the 9, n, and t keys. I've had others do it as well. I've done several firmware updates. I've tried wired, bluetooth, their wireless....it's all the same.
Speaking of connections. I wound up buying this board because I loved the way it typed in store and I wanted a good wireless solution. A Good portion of the lighting and other functions aren't available unless you use it wired or with their wireless dongle. I loose connection with it regularly so I wind up using this wired....defeats the point of spending the extra $$$ for a wireless capable model. Oh, and their software can hog resources and has to be running all the time if you want to use it.
Save yourself the headache and buy something else!
Note that overall I give this 1 star, but I am giving the quality of the device 2 stars because it does at least feel decent.

Pretty great keyboard. The colors are amazing. A little on the heavy side. The green switch is definitely loud, as advertised. Had to return mine due to a defective hyphen key and certain key presses would register twice on a single press.
