Bought a best buy refurbished one for cheaper and so far its doing great (9 months in)! no problems overheating; I use a laptop stand and it seems to do the job. no cooling pad needed. I love the aluminum case and design. Feels sturdy, not at all bulky, making it easy to travel with.

This Thanksgiving season was great as I bought this laptop on deal. This is amazing. The picture quality is incredible. I have all possitive, except one thing, I couldn't use my head phone as that pin was not supported.

An excellent gaming laptop I was really surprised at the speed and brightness of the display. There are many types of ports that met all my needs. I would recommend this laptop to people that are seriously into gaming.

Get quality laptop that gets the job done. Not the best price point for something with this kind of power but it is a sleek and elegant design.

I purchased this laptop on 20 May 2020 when it came in stock, and it was one of the best purchases I've made. I originally had an early 2015 Alienware 17R2 with an older i7 4710HQ CPU which was decent especially for its time. The graphics card was great as well (GTX970M). The new specs in this Razer Blade 15 Advanced blows that one out of the water. Its 10th gen i7-10875H CPU and the RTX 2070 SUPER Max-Q GPU are more than capable of handling any gaming/day-to-day use. Even on just the battery, it shines where competitors and predecessors could hope to be. Another feature that I found particularly nice is the lack of bloatware and the clean-install of windows 10. The storage device could have been better as with the price tag it could've come with at least a 1TB like the RTX 2080 does, but there are options out there to fix that. The specs page states that it can have its RAM upgraded from the base dual-channel 16GB, but there isn't anything for the SSD. while upgrading the RAM the hard drive can be swapped as well with a larger capacity PCIe M.2 NVME 3.0 x4 card as its next to the RAM. The display is crazy smooth and the colors are amazing. 300Hz gives more options for overall rendering based on what an application may be capped at. Gaming is a dream. The Ray-tracing is a nice touch from the RTX series of cards and there is minimal FPS drop on games like The Witcher III. RGB as always is easily controlled through Chroma Studio. For its size it is a bit on the heavy side, but loads better than the run of the mill 17 inch laptops. Overall if you're in the market for a new laptop that is capable of gaming, while still being slim and professional, this is a great setup I highly recommend.

I bought this laptop as an open-box excellent(which is suppose to look like new). However the laptop I received is scratched up. There are crumb and crusts on the keyboard, in addition the function keys does not work. They did not inspect this laptop before putting it on the site to sell it. I have to contact razer myself to fix the keyboard. I would still recommend the laptop but bestbuy is doing a poor job on inspecting their product.

Big price for sleek looks and nothing else. Poor thermals running at 90+c with fortnite. Rgb lightning and keyboard Software is great. Played for 3 days and video card start glitching and crashing. Contacted razer and was referred to return to Best Buy. Horrible support and would never buy Razer product again. Bought MSI with no issues and much better bang for your price.
