  • Beautiful, Fast, but Crippling Battery Issues

    I really loved the look and performance of this laptop. I also own a Razer Blade 15 which I love, so I had high expectations for this machine. Unfortunately overall this laptop is garbage. Power-wise, this laptop is a disaster - half of the time it will say "Plugged in, not charging" and other times when it does say it is charging, it is actually draining more power than it is charging, resulting in slowly depleting battery. This leaves you no choice but to turn it off and wait for it to charge every time it runs out of battery. I tried swapping out the AC charger, but it didn't fix the problem. Tried buying another one but that machine also had charging issues. This laptop is beautiful and has great specs, but it is such awful quality that I can't recommend it to anyone.
