So I am a person who knows nothing about tech other than that I need it for college. My previous dell broke so I ordered this one on sale...I LOVE IT. The speed of this laptop is impeccable and its ability to run multiple programs at the same time without compromise to function makes it the perfect work laptop for me despite its gaming purpose. When I finish my work tasks, it also has amazing graphic quality for tv shows and movies. I would prefer this to a mac any day.

This has been an awesome little gaming laptop that doesn't feel little. Great screen! It plays everything I throw at it.

Overall great machine, even better than my Alienware M13. Reason why I gave 4 stars is first one was returned due to defective, maybe just bad luck machine stuck at first boot up. I coulda fixed it but I wouldn’t with this kinda investment. Second one has been running like champ.

The keyboard feels good when I type emails and the mouse works nicely. The speaker sounds like my MacBook Pro 15" when I listen to music videos on Youtube. The graphics on this machine is smooth playing Call of Duty, Mortal Kombat, Wolfenstein, Doom, Metro, Resident Evil Bio. I travel and will be using this laptop for photo editing and game play on flights. I am glad I chose this laptop over the Razer Blade 15 RTX2060 because the battery lasts longer and the fan noise is less when playing games at high settings on AC power. It's a light laptop and does everything I need.

Got this laptop for size and it’s great performance and it’s Great!!!!

Like the size, gets a lot of finger prints. Have no idea of laptops in general. Got this for my little brother just started college in Software engineer degree, who enjoys playing games. I encourage him to play “e-sports” also study hard, hopefully he would get the good use of this gamer laptop.

I got this for 45% off (bought a certified version), comparing this to a MacBook Pro, this was the better option obviously, I love the quality of the material, just like Apple’s and I’ve been gaming on it, satisfied, best accidental out base I’ve made

It was purchased for one of my kids to use for his computer classes in college and according to him it has worked out great. He's had no issues with battery holding charge either.

Never had a Razer laptop before but heard about it in the past. Was looking for an upgrade from my 7 y.o. MacBook. Fascinated by the refresh rate and graphic card. Must have product for gamers.

Perfect laptop for doing everything you need. Great for gaming and rendering but obviously with some limitations. Always stays cool and quiet so no complaints. Overall great purchase

Super Light, Great at keeping cool under high workload. Wish the Screen didn't have the Chin but the 120hz display is great. Great Little Laptop for mobile usage.

This laptop has a great pedigree... and once up and running does have a lot to offer - but I did find some downsides. The screen is excellent. Very bright, sharp, with good color range. Laptop is very solid with the machined alloy case. Keyboard has good feel and travel. I like the ability to change back light for as far as keyboard colors, pattern, and to vary the intensity. However, this also has a downside - as you have to keep Synapse running to keep these settings - which does impact the available "horsepower". Bluetooth paired and worked well. Sound was really good from the laptop speakers, and through headphones was excellent. Updating went perfectly. One drawback, there is no slot for micro SD card to expand storage. Another issue is the massive USB C power cord weighing heavily in the USB C charging port - I would suspect the size and weight of the cord could eventually wear / damage port.... However, the deal breaker for me was the erratic touch pad operation....I found the "scroll" function to be extremely erratic. When using 2 finger scroll up or down, I had to scroll slowly, use more pressure than other laptops, and even with that, sometimes scroll would freeze, and I was left with a cursor that "jumped" around. Tried all updates, driver updates, with no success. This may or may not be of concern to some users. On a good note, I did contact tech support, and they were quick in response and follow up, but could not correct my issue. Possibly this unit had a defective touch pad - but if so, quality control should be better on a machine in this price range. Due to this issue, I am sorry to say I am returning laptop....

Computer is blazing fast and optimal for gaming. If you are a gamer, this is the Computer to get. Also the price is not too shabby either.
