Great computer, cord/charger broke 35 days after buying. Best Buy won’t do anything about it (even with having an extended warranty), they basically want you to take a polygraph test to see if you caused it and you have to jump through hoops with the manufacturer to get it replaced.

As a software engineering student!. I bought a msi gs66 15" and a asus zenbook duo 14" to see if it can match my productivity when I browse on internet for programming or playing casual gaming. The msi wasn't that fast as I though while browsing (still fast but not enough for me I guess) and the fans were pretty loud!, so not very professional. The Zenbook Duo was amazing because of the dual display and I thought it was going to be perfect for programming and browsing, however, browsing was slower, dual display was not as effective as I thought, and I could not play games on it even a lighter vame like Dota 2!. Finally I got the razer blade 13 and I could see the difference. Idk what razer does with its laptops but they are very very fast when I browse and casual gaming. Amazing product!, but make sure how is the longevity for razers, this is my first razer product so I am concern about longevity because of other people experiences. About temps: I get 43 -50 while browsing and using zoom (without a cooling pad). During gaming I was pretty impressed, just to keep in mind, I always game with a cooling pad because without it is just killing your gaming laptop not matter which brand it is!!. Even if you don't have a cooling pad, try to raise you laptop so your fans get enough air and trust me! You will see the difference. I get max 57C on cpu and 55C max on gpu while playing battefield V medium settings (and razer fans to 4700 rpm/medium high), I use the NZXTcam application to see my temps. It cools better than any other laptop I had!. I had this for more than a week so I don't know hwo the laptop will behave afterwards. It is pretty quiet! (Even during gaming), battery last for me 4-5 hours while browsing, using vs code and zoom. Make sure to do your research before buying this laptop, there are many good options out there, if you don't care about a noisy 15" laptop then go for the msi gs66.

We bought this as an open box deal and "geek squad certified." It was shipped from a Maryland store, when the package came in, the laptop was not in it's case. It was on top of it's case. Just a thin layer of cardboard protecting it. Turned it on, screen flickered a couple times. Didn't think it was an issue until it continued to flicker after the initial set-up. I Returned and got a brand new one Instead. Can't trust open box anymore.

Expensive Boat Anchor - Don't Buy!

Absolute junk. I have used less than 10 hours before the motherboard apparently died (per BestBuy Tech). Less than 2 months out of warranty. In nearly 30 years of experience, I've never had this happen - not to a few Dells, several Macs, a couple of Lenovos, an HP, a samsung a couple of MS Surfaces. Even my early 1990's Packard Bells were more reliable.

Bought this at the store - Got dead pixels on the display and the laptop shows blue screen (Hardware failure) every now and then. Spoke to BestBuy rep on the phone & chat but they couldn't help as I made this purchase at the store.
Contact Razer support team and they suggested to deal with BestBuy to order a replacement unit but I have got no help in last two weeks.

I have had this laptop for a little over a year and the graphics card just broke. I have to now buy a whole new laptop. Considering this was $1500 i'm upset it didn't last longer considering it was only used for school and only one program was downloaded on it. Im now an architecture student with no laptop for rendering.

Screen glitches and flickers every time I use chrome to watch something or use zoom. Super annoying. How can you sell such an expensive, high-tech laptop that gets ruined by the simplest little issue? Do yourself a favor - get a laptop made by a trusted brand that actually does quality assurance.

My product came nicked on the side despite being labeled as in “Excellent” condition. The screen shutters every now and then. Still debating whether to ask for a return or exchange because the price difference is there.

Disclaimer: I got this product for free from Razer to review online
The Stealth 2020 takes an excellent and one of a kind device and improves the last few issues required to make it legendary. If you want a general review of this laptop, look for any review on the GTX 1650 version from last year, this one is very similar but pulls away in two key places.
1. The SCREEN: This screen is 120Hz, which means it can display twice as many frames per second as your typical laptop screen. If you don't play games it doesn't matter, this screen will make everything you do on your computer feel snappier, silky smooth, and amazing to look at. This is like upgrading from windows 95 to windows 10, you can't even compare the two, they are a generational leap.
2. The Keyboard: This is a massive deal for some people, the previous model had a non-standard layout, making errors when touch typing infuriatingly common, they fixed this, the layout is now standard and good for all us speedy typists.
In summary, this is a well-built ultrabook that matches apple in quality but has far more power in a small package than apple has in its largest laptops. You pay a premium for this design but once you try it you will be hooked. 9/10 I highly recommend this laptop.

I am a new user to the Razer brand and i am very happy with the way this laptop is working for me. the 120hz display does not mess around, the way the laptop runs games is flawless! I am currently playing destiny 2 on max settings and it runs so good! so many amazing features and this being my first real laptop i definitely don’t have any regret making my purchase. work every penny! i would 10/10 recommend this product to all my friends and my girlfriend!
