    The battery life is still crappy Service books and MacBooks have better a battery life but overall this is a really good computer for the price I paid I would like more battery life though

    Overall the laptop is good. However, when I try to use it on bed, or in my lap, the track-pad button press by itself. It seems like its not strong enough. The design is attractive and the performance is amazing. It would be more better if it is strong and compact. Beside this, its an amazing laptop.

    The laptop looks great,feels great and is super light. The biggest downside is my laptop only lasted 1 year before it was updated by windows and Razer Synapse. When the update finished, it restarted. After the restart the laptop was stuck in a boot loop. The laptop then showed there was no bootable device. Razer support does not care about its customers if the warranty is expired, even if the issue is a manufacturer issue. They took 2 months to finally tell me my option to send the system to them for repairs. They will not cover your fees or try and cover any fees for the repair if the warranty is expired, even if the issue is a manufacturer issue. My “rough estimate” from razer support to repair my laptop is $1,374 for a SSD and Motherboard. This laptop will now cost TWICE as much as it should. Do not buy any laptops from this company.
