I purchased this for gaming purposes and it's great! It took a little time to get use to the keys, however, I do like the feel and flow.

When I bought my new computer, I cycled through a few keyboards until I found this one. It is the best all around keyboard I have used.

Tried a mechanical keyboard but the keys were too loud. This is one of the few chiclet style keyboards you'll find that have backlit keys. Highly recommend.

Works as expected and will continue to use it to play games and use for personal use.

Good gaming keyboard if you are looking for a keyboard with chiclet keys instead on the more traditional mechanical keyboards

This is a great keyboard if you need a gaming keyboard and like island-style keys. The one major flaw lies with its appearance: the keys show oil from your fingers almost immediately. The keyboard itself is well-made, and gives a very satisfying sound upon hitting keys. I'm just not convinced that the keys, aesthetically at least, will hold up well over the long-term.

While this is a fantastic keyboard for those looking for a minimalistic approach in terms of buttons, but with user customization options featured in the included software, Razer's QC is still somewhat spotty. Several times I've had my keyboard "lock" to a command I had previously input (Such as pressing W to walk forward, removing my finger from the key and the character is still moving forward as though the button is depressed). That being said, it is still a great keyboard and could just be an anomaly on my keyboard.

Keys aren't loud at all. Glows green (which matches my GTX780s n case). Sturdy and good quality. Glad I bought it.

replaced logitech, key covers came off, began weirding out. Reliable brand, lit keyboard, price was reasonable. So far, so good.

This keyboard is just plain awesome. For gaming and setting every function for each game is very simple and easy with razor.

Keyboard feels solid when typing. I like the green back-lit keys. Unusual font on keys - takes a bit to get used to reading.

Bought a gaming keyboard because it had backlit keys, not for the "gaming". Other gaming keyboards had extra keys and I wouldn't use those. The non-gaming keyboards that were backlit were all wireless and I hate changing batteries on keyboards and mice - they always seem to go out when I'm out of batteries. My laptop has a keyboard is backlit and I found that I missed that on the desktop. I would have preferred if the backlight auto-dimmed (like the laptop) but oh well - it's not like it's chewing up the battery. And it does turn off when the computer goes to sleep. Brightness is adjustable with a key-combo. The brightest setting is not too intrusive. It has chiclet keys - haven't decided if that's a pro or con yet. I was used to more old-school keys but I'm getting used to it. Doesn't seem to affect my accuracy. Plugged it in and it worked - didn't have to download anything. The default multimedia function keys (play, skip, volume, etc) and the dimmer keys work out of the box. All other customization requires the Razer software (of course). That allows you to customize it like crazy - macros, launch programs, even mouse functions!
