Buggy Software, Poor Device, Bad Support

My unit was defective so I had to return to Razer, who received and confirmed defective, but refused to provide a replacement stating they had no inventory available, and I would have to wait until they received some inventory, which has been ongoing for over a month.

It kinda scrape ur wrsit.

I think razer didn't thought of this issue when they released. Its good but i hope the edges are more smoother. I had a v2 firefly. It heats up after long usages. Hoped they made the edges smooth bc i relaly love this one.
