You ARE GOING TO have a problem!

I'll never buy another Razer, or “gaming” laptop in general for that matter. Mine (a new - NOT refurbished - of this exact model) has had a noisy fan since it was a few months old. The only service option for Razer is to ship it to them and be without a computer for however long they have it. Which I CAN NOT do, as I’m on a computer 8 to 16 hours a day 6 days a week (self employed - work “and game” from home). Now the fan sounds like a 100 year old washing machine on spin cycle. Yeah, it's THAT BAD! And now it’s just out of warranty... It does everything well. Games well, runs demanding programs, can edit 4k video, backlit keyboard is nice, good connectivity, etc. But you're going to have a problem if something goes wrong. And you're GOING TO have problems. Also, the battery life is only about 25 mins if you're lucky, so I wouldn’t even call it a laptop, you have to stay attached to the wall 99% of the time… and it gets HOT! There’s no sitting it in your lap, not to mention it’s heavy at 4.4lbs. If you need a powerhouse, build a desktop (it’s easy), if you need portable, go with a surface (I have two and love them, they just can’t game or run heavy programs). Unfortunately, NO ONE makes even a good “Gaming” “Laptop”, especially one worth the money. You always have to make a sacrifice. Battery. Reliability. Durability. Performance. Serviceability. Lack of Portability (compared to other portable PCs). I’ve had several from different brands and regretted it, in the long run, EVERY time.
