    I ordered a razer gold gift card last night at 6:30 pm est time. Been 16 hours of not getting this. I keep pushing help button but it does not bring me to the help area. It keeps bringing me back to the thing I ordered. It does not take this long ever. It always take 5 minutes.

    We¹1ll I have not purchased from Best buy for quite a while because they have let me down much very much in the past. One person gift cards. And it's really sad that the company is large cannot get because she was in like let's say an hour. When I can get them instantly from other places

    I purchased a razor gold gift card and right away when entered code it said failed to load and was used already best buy and razor gold both wont give me a new code nor will best buy do anything about it like give me my money back or send me a new card when it clearly states they have to if dont work. Im beyond mad and want a new card sent now.

    You’re better off buying from literally anywhere else, the last 3-4 times I’ve ordered in the last few months have taken over 8 hours for it to get delivered to my email
