Again, I bought two razor card $50 and the other $25
When I went to go redeem the $25 was able to be redeem but again I lost that on another $50. I don’t know where and how they were getting the number before it sent to me but somebody’s being really dishonest I think I’ve collected enough of these now that that came from Best Buy here and I believe I might start talking to a lawyer.

I ordered three gift cards today, beginning 2:30pm today and it is now 10:00 pm I have not received a digital codes, or any other reply except the message of; "we will send a mess when ready"
This is such an unacceptable way of doing business.

I’m very angry I paid for a card digital and never got it on time it was a birthday gift and now you ruined that I have been having trouble with this lately but thought it was my service no it’s your crappie service I hate Best Buy and I will be forced to tell many people about what you guys did

Placing this order was a real pain. There were problems with the addresses because i had moved. Hopefully it goes through. Very unsatisfied.

The code was already used before its was sent to me and when I contacted the customer service I was giving an alternative number to use but its still did not work

Your website gives INCORRECT info about delivery. When I check updates it states that you have emailed me instructions.
This is a Crock of LIES. It is many minutes since the order was placed and NADA.

I was not satisfied with purchase. I bought the digital card and right away entered code it did not work then tried again same issues. I called gift card number to tell them issue they gave me a new code and it didnt work after then they gave me the same non working code so it was a waste of time. I wish you guys did a better job on refunding people. I wasted my money on this and couldn't even help. This is disappointing.

Purchased the card hours ago still have t received it in my email but quick to take money. I even called customer service and still they didn't do anything besides telle.to what great hospital this store gives us us online this happens every other time.

I bought my razor gold yesterday and it sucks , Im not getting any support from best buy they suck my card i bought was 100 dollars and sent to my girlfriend who is out of town and no money is on the card!!!! Ive called them 5 times and just keep getting the run around!!!
