Purchased a card today and went to redeem it and it's no good. Can't even get money back because they sold me a bad cards. This has happened more than once. Recommended more purchase. More cards are bad then good

It seems like the only way you get the e-card immediately is if you’re getting the $100.00 e-card and higher. If you’re getting a smaller amount then you either have to wait or get a refund.

Digital card had already been redeemed! So I lost $100. It took several hours before card was delivered. Will not order digital cards again

This product was not purchased be me my Best Buy card was compromised. The Best Buy credit card is very easy to compromise. It felt like I was on trial after calling and notifying then about the charges and it was difficult to reach them

I AM BEGINING TO HATE RAZOR GOLD....THEY OFTEN DO NOT WORK AND MORE OFTEN THEN NOT THERE IS NO WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK WHEN THEY DON'T...THIS COUPLED WITH THE FACT THAT YOU ARE LIMITED TO ONLY ONE CARD PER DAY IS MORE THAN ANNOYING WHEN TRYING TO BUY GIFTS.
