I guess I didn't visualize how big this pad would be. It is bigger than a standard mouse pad. But, after using it while playing a FPS game, I have to say it's just the right size. It looks good on my desk and it slips very little. The Razer Deathadder seems to track quite well with it.

When I play CS:GO, I felt I really control my mouse, and easy to target the enemy's head.

I bought this Mouse Mat for my son who is an avid online gamer, as I wanted my Mouse mat back ! he loves it and says he likes the extra length and that the mat iis faster with his mouse. This is a great mat for the price, and hes very happy with it and I am happy I have my mouse mat back only because it has a horse show jumping on my mouse mat!

The only complaint I have is that during heavy gaming the mat slips down. The bottom mat grip could be better, but overall it's a good mouse mat.

It's big enough, the mouse glides and its a cool design. Totally worth getting for the money.

Little bigger than expected. But works as supposed to

Great for a mouse pad but haven't had a chance to use it playing some serious games yet.

I'm a casual gamer and play games such as Borderlands, Mass Effect, Torchlight, etc. I bought the Goliathus because I wanted a larger pad than the one I had, and didn't want a monstrous one. And let me tell you that what the other reviews say is true; this thing is bigger than you think it is. When I started using it, I felt the difference right away. It's extremely smooth and it feels like my mouse is gliding on air. Needless to say, I had to decrease the mouse sensitivity. A slight movement would make my cursor fly across the screen. This does help in making me more accurate. If you have a Razer mouse, Synapse already has all of the calibrations for each Razer pad programmed. As for the rest of the design, the edges are sewn nicely, so I doubt I'll have any issue with it fraying later on. Also, if you're worried that this thing is going to slide off your desk / table, stop. I have a really old wooden desk, cleaned it off, and this pad is not going anywhere unless I physically pick it up. The pad does have some slight stretch to it, but it snaps back in place due to the weaving. If you're contemplating about getting this for FPS, MMO's or MOBA's, the Goliathus Speed will not disappoint.

Works great with the gaming mouse, my son loves it!
