Waited a bit to do a review to see how it held up to the series use by my avid gaming son, works great in his opinion. Fast response and small footprint sits well on his desk.

Bought this keyboard to get more space for my desk. Not only did it increase space, but it also works perfectly and feels smooth when in use.

    Best Gaming Keyboard!

I have been a user of gaming keyboards with clicky switches for a long time. I read reviews about this keyboard and saw that the overall recommendation was to get the linear switches. I was skeptical at first because I did not know if I would get used to it after using razer green switches for so long. I got used to this keyboard after only a few hours of use! The gaming and typing experience is extremely smooth and responsive. It has excellent build quality and although the 60% size isn't for everyone, I definitely do not regret buying this keyboard. Well worth my money.

Super happy with my purchase at the $85 sale price

Outstanding keyboard for the $85 sale price I purchased it at. I likely would have purchased a different board instead if this was full price ($130). I'm also really happy that I purchased this 60% board instead of Corsairs, mostly because the arrow keys on the Corsair board are too far from the function key, and the switches on this board feel better. Pros: - The 60% form factor is great for both saving desk space and freeing up space for your mouse in shooters. - The PBT keycaps feel great. - The RGB is subtle and sufficient. - The Razer optical red switches are so far my favorite mechanical switches. (I've previously tried Cherry reds, silent reds, silvers, browns, blues, and Corsair OPX). Additional pros: - The red switches have a bit of resistance before you press, so accidental presses are less common than on other linear switches. - The keys are significantly quieter than all other mechanical switches I've used, including the silent reds. Additionally, there's enough room in the keyboard that you can open it up and install a layer of foam to further dampen the sound of the keyboard. - There's no noticeable latency. (rtings claims that this keyboard has less than 4ms input latency) - The detachable USB-C cable is nice. - The placement of the secondary function keys is fairly good. After a few weeks of practice and learning, there's basically nothing that I'd need a bigger keyboard for. It's now second nature for me to use the function key to access the arrow keys. Cons: - The "feet" to raise the keyboard are borderline useless because of how badly the keyboard slides around the desk when they're down. It would have been better to just not include incline options with this keyboard than to provide feet that are that bad. The keyboard is otherwise stable when flat. - No on-board memory for saving profiles for use between computers. - The pre-programmed secondary functions cannot be reprogrammed, period. Not on the keyboard itself, and not in Razer's software. - No included wrist rest. I recommend budgeting for one when buying this board. - Razer Synapse software for the keyboard is not good. It chews through a good amount of CPU resources, and it updates sufficiently frequently to make using it truly obnoxious. I highly recommend never using the Synapse software to control fancy lighting effects. Your CPU will heat up more when the machine should otherwise be mostly idle, and it can lead to frame drops in games. I only boot Synapse up to change the sensitivity on my Razer mouse, then promptly shut it down. - And one really minor gripe... the keys *slightly* rattle a bit when pressed. Other than that they actually sound pretty good.

Bought this cause I like how it doesn’t take so much space on my desk. Love the RGB lights, initially got the clicky version first but it was too noisy when typing.

Great little keyboard for gaming, but I couldn't get used to the missing keys. I also recommend getting on sale, as retail price is way to high. Switches are nice and quiet, and did love the extra space on desk, but I ended up purchasing a TKL keyboard.

I use a Razer Tautarus on my desktop, which leaves little room for my keyboard. This one fits perfectly, and has Chroma RGB to match my other Razer stuff.

My son's keyboard stopped working correctly so we went to buy a replacement. He's into the gaming so he wanted a better keyboard than the large bulky one that came with the computer. He looked at several on display and really liked the feel of this one, plus it matched his headphones. He's had it a little bit longer than a week and loves it, plus with it being much smaller it gives him working room on his desk without having to move the keyboard to the side. Only negative is it's a little pricey compared to a normal keyboard, but all gaming keyboards are similar in price.

Excellent keyboard. I wanted something that would work to play FPS gaming while using a low mouse dpi and sensitivity; this product is perfect for my scenario. I like how the keys also have a kind of low, muffled “thud” to their sound so the keyboard is nice and quiet when typing or quickly pressing keys. Perfect for a silent setup and not waking others up in the middle of the night while gaming. I highly recommend this keyboard; I switched from a Logitech g915 tkl with linear switches and I still prefer this Razer keyboard over the Logitech.

Had it for almost 2 years now, no issues at all. I’m not really tech savvy but I do play a lot of FPS games and it’s great. Paired with the Razer Synapse and you can get some pretty awesome lighting.

Pros: lightweight, solid build (little to no rattle contrary to some YouTube reviews), smooth and quiet switch actuation, very responsive and good for FPS games (also easy to ergonomically readjust), customizable rgb (with or without synapse), braided usb-c cord, and durable pbt key caps. Cons: takes some getting used to if you are coming from full size board or even tkl. All other keys are remapped to fn and light up when u hold fn, which is helpful. So far my biggest readjustment is needing fn for the arrow keys. Slightly overpriced. Overall I highly recommend this board.

I have been using this over 2 years and am still loving it. Great keyboard for gaming and is awesome at being silent. If you don't want people to hear you slamming the keys while on a microphone this is the keyboard for you. Plus the 60% helps save space on my desk which is small already.

Love the size and it fit my need on the road. If i had a permanent location to use it i would privanly get their bigger version but i needed a small compact gaming keyboard with optical keys and this has been working great.

Although I decided to return this for the pro version, I would say this is probably the better keyboard for most people because after I firm away update it does offer snap tap. However, the pro version has dual purpose modifier keys, and that was a feature. I wanted for the purpose of arrow keys since there are none on a 60% keyboard
