Bought one for my husband and then one for myself. Comfortable and supportive. I work from home and spend all day in this chaid and never get uncomfortable.

If you are above 300lbs and or have a wide bottom get this chair it's perfect

Wanted to give 5 stars but, here are my issues. 1. Came in damaged. All the plastic cover plates that hides the gears were all damaged during shipping I assume. So beware the plastic portion of this chair is really cheap. 2. The recline and hydraulics seems rather stiff and doesn't operate smoothly. 3. The cushion is little more on the stiffer side of the scale, so it might feel a bit too hard for some. 4. No additional accessories. For a high value item to not even come with a pillow? Sigh. (Although I knew it didn't came with one already) Aside from this, so far I can say the chair is okay.

this chair is not comfortable. The cushions are hard and will make your bottom sore if sitting for long periods

I bought this for a friend for x-mas and they love it.

I bought this chair because it was on sale. This chair improved my gameplay but it caused me terrible middle back I will end probably end up refunding this chair sadly.

Order on Nov 25 and was stall to Dec 16 and was cancelled by store. Reorder on Dec 19 and was cancel again on Dec 24 due to unavailable but when I check it’s available on other stores….

I've had my Razer chair for about a month now and i love it. It is a bit firm, yet i feel that is fine as i expect over the years it will soften. My main reason for the loss of a star is the arm rests do not pivot. They move in (slide in or out), upand down and forward and backward. I thought they would have pivoting as well. Other than that, i like the lumbar support, the extra little pillow and love the smoothness of the rolling and action. I am suoer happy i chose this chair as i was debating for a couole months, razer or Secret Lab

The seat is hard as steel, It feels like my butt cheeks have grown bones and there all broken. This is my first Razer product, and I had high hopes but, this chair fell far from the mark.

How do I return this? My back is killing me! I’ve had it for 2 days and thought it would get more comfortable. No lower back support. I highly recommend not buying from this company Razer. Absolutely trash!!!
