Device is easy to setup and use. Software is a bit memory greedy but good over all. Works well with Zoom and other type of video conference software. The integrated ring light is helpful for low light rooms.

I love having the ring light on the camera for moments when the lighting in my room is not great. It really helps out in my daily life as I'm not always able to see my partner during day light hours as he's military with long weird work hours. The image quality he says is excellent and I would agree. It's easy to use as well. I do not dive into the software for streaming but it seems like it can do a lot if streaming is your thing. My only complaint is that in two years my old one broke. I have no clue why. One day I tried to turn on the ring light and windows stopped detecting the webcam all together. I read up on this and many people had this same issue. Their camera worked fine the other day and one day they turned on the ring light and windows stopped detecting it. I did every fix imaginable and aftre many hours, nothing worked so I bought another one. This one in fact. So I am hoping to get a least two years out of this one, but Razor needs to figure out what is going on because it was not the drivers, my drivers, the USB port, my PC, etc. The camera still looked brand new and was not damaged at all. Just randomly stopped being detected after using the ring light. Many people encountered this.

This is the first webcam that I've owned that doesn't require me to adjust the light or position in the room everytime I use it. I'm extremely satisfied with the picture quality and I have not received any complaints about the audio quality either. The adjustable light built into the webcam is a nice feature, but I haven't found a need for it yet. I have the worst lighting for webcams in my office and this webcam worked perfect on the first try with zero adjustments. I would recommend this to anyone in the market for a reliable webcam.

I do lectures and lecture videos from home, so I wanted a camera better than than the standard ones that normally come with laptops and all-in-one computers. Since my setup is in the corner of my room, it can be a little dark sometimes. This camera kills two birds with one stone. The light can be a little bright, so if you need to look into the camera, be aware that the brightness could temporarily make you seen a ring in your vision. I keep the light on relatively low so it knocks out that problem, especially when combined with the fairly good clarity of the camera. The camera itself is solid. I had an interview a few weeks ago and the interviewers said I looked very crisp. I don't use this camera for the microphone, so I can't comment on that, since I have a separate mic setup. Overall, it's not too pricey and it does the job well.

This product is amazing. Easy to install and to use. It worked perfectly for my home office due to its great video quality!

This review is based on 2 major factors; 1 Camera Quality and 1 Light Quality. 1 - Camera Quality is great. 1080p and 60fps when you have good lighting. In darker situations the camera will struggle to keep the 60fps as it adjusts the shutter speed down to expose for darker lighting. This can go down as low at 15 and 10fps. 2 - The Ring Light is great. It is nice and bright and adjusts through several steps of brightness on an easy to turn ring. The light is white so you don't have to worry about an overly cold or warm tone. THE CON - The problem with this camera is that if you happen to be in a "not so well lit" situation and you turn on the ring light, the camera will pick up TONS of glare from the ring light bouncing off the clear plastic cover in front of the optics. This destroys the image fidelity and disrupts auto focus accuracy. The 3 stars is due to the fact that the major purpose of the camera/rimlight combo is defunct due to this glare. If this plastic cover could be removed then this camera is a 5 star.

Worked great out of the box on old or new PCs. Easy enough to set up for those that aren't computer savvy since it's plug and play. Razer does provide a utility for power users to tweak things. It was less expensive than other equivalent cameras without a light, and the light makes a difference. The light can be dimmed or turned off by turning the dial around the light. There is a microphone in it, and initial testing showed the picture and sound quality are good. Has some weight to the base so it can also sit on a shelf. Only thing I'd change is the cable could be longer. You may want to use an extender cable or USB 3.0 hub to reach a desktop tower that's not next to the mounting location. So happy with the purchase and price that we bought a 2nd for the other PC. Haven't tried it on Mac or Linux, but works great on Windows for Zoom, Teams, or any other conference software.

The ring light is very powerful and camera adjust focus very quickly. Picture quality was very good as well. Setup was simple with Razer Cortex. The only gripe is it's mount is not very good and obscures the screen some. Overall probably better mounted to a swing arm but it's good deal.

I’ve been happy with the Razer Kiyo overall. The video quality is sharp enough for streaming, video calls, and content creation, and the built-in ring light is what really sets it apart. Setup was simple, and it worked right away without any headaches. The webcam feels well-built and stays securely mounted on my monitor. Colors look decent, and the image quality is much better than a typical laptop camera. The biggest drawback is that the image can look a little soft or grainy in certain lighting conditions, even with the ring light enabled. It’s good, but it doesn’t quite match the clarity of newer premium webcams. The microphone is usable for calls, but I wouldn’t rely on it for streaming or content creation. Overall, the Razer Kiyo is a reliable webcam that combines good video quality with a genuinely useful ring light. It’s a great option for anyone who wants an all-in-one webcam setup without buying separate lighting equipment.

This item has only 1 problem and that is the focusing on it is a little bad but besides that this Item is great!!!

Works really great with nvidia broadcaster I can the ring light it comes with is perfect for someone who games at night and wants to record face cam footage 10/10 for me

Had to get a webcam for an interview and after some reviews I thought this might cover my current and future needs at a decent price. After using it for several weeks I really do enjoy this cam as it is very easy to use. I completed the interviews, got the job, and was using my PC until the work hardware arrived. I found that various programs recognized the cam and the image was fantastic. I really liked the light and tended to turn down the brightness more often than not.

This is a wonderful webcam, one of the best I have ever used. Since I purchased, I have not had any issues with using it. It is a clear and convenient 1080P HD webcam. I love how it feels quality. The ring light is a nice touch when you need some extra light. Although I rarely use the mic built into webcams, it actually is decent. You can use the software Razer offers, or just what is nicely built into Windows 10 and 11.

One of the better webcams I've come across. It's picture quality is better than other desktops or laptop built-ins I've seen. The ring light is a great feature and can be manually adjusted with the focus. It's great for any stream/YouTube setup but I imagine it would be equally as useful for work meetings, interviews, or digital content creation. Works great with external lights on or off and has a good frame positioning. Plus it's easy to setup and take with you on the go if you travel for work.

I bought this to use for Google Hangouts video meetings. I was a little apprehensive about buying this at first, because there are a lot of video reviews on YouTube that mention poor audio quality. But it was the only webcam available, so I bought it. I'm glad I did - it seems Razer has made some significant improvements on it since its original release. Audio quality is more than fine for meetings (obviously not as nice as a dedicated USB microphone), and I didn't have to bump up the microphone audio input volume with Windows. Video quality is also quite good, the picture is sharp and colors are vibrant. They can be tuned with Razer Synapse, but I found that to be unnecessary. Some old reviews also mentioned that the LED ring could not be turned off - this is not true anymore, the ring can certainly be disabled. Plug and play worked on Windows, the webcam worked out of the box.

I already have the Logitech c922 webcam, but between the two, the built in ring light on the Kiyo definitely gives it the advantage, plus it has slightly better focal depth. But, in ideal lighting conditions, the c922 does get a better exposure. For most people looking for a solid 1080p webcam, the Kiyo is well worth the price.

adjustable, easy to use, the light is a bit bright but not detrimental. All around not bad.

Purchased this for my fiancee for her work and it is amazing. Great picture quality and the adjustable lighting is nice to have. Easy to use, works well with the Razer software, compact and sits right on top of your monitor without needing any adhesives. Very easy to adjust. Definitely one of the best webcams for the price on the market.

Great camera. Feels well built and has excellent image quality. The ring light is nice, I don’t use it much because the direct light reflects too much on my glasses. The option to dim or turn off is perfect as others in the family use it. Tested on Chromebook, Mac and Windows. There really isn’t a great way to configure on Mac so you are kind of stuck with the wide view. Zoom does allow minor changes. Eventually moved it to another computer for a more configurable option. Mic quality is okay. Not significantly better or worse than others, ended up using a headset anyway so not an issue. Pros - great image quality - easy to mount and has threads - adjustable light built in - low light is good - autofocus works well Con - fairly standard sound from mic - hard to configure (no zoom, color balance...) on Mac, some options if you use zoom.
