Bought this for my wife. I was hoping it would function with console and pc but they only make it functional for pc.

This headset is literally unusable due to usb issues that cause the pc to freak out constantly. Picked up a different wireless headset and all the issues went away. Razer refuses to RMA and blames it on drivers, user error, etc. Do not purchase.

This does not work with Xbox controllers! It has a USB port and not a headphone jack. I've tried using adapters and they don't work. Buyer beware!

I tried my best to enjoy this headset but I just couldn't the sound every time you turn up to max volume. Switch different settings it would feel like you're listen to a complete different headset but you're using the same headset and then after awhile it her eardrums and the cord that you plug it into is very sensitive so you have to be cautious and the mic is also sensitive do not buy this product it's not worth it save your money for something else

It's cute, but it definitely has faulty wiring. I am sending it back in for replacement. This is a pretty common problem. If you can get one that works, it's a good headset.

I wanted this headset as long as I could remember and I finally was able to buy the product, ecstatic I was. Now I have only had this headset for 2 months and they broke. My headset constantly connects and disconnects to my pc and the sound is getting static. The actual cable broke after taking extreme caution and care. I’m really disappointed with the money I spent. Overall the sound and mic was good but the cable cord is finicky. I do not recommend even if they’re cute.

It’s cute but the mic constantly stops working and bestbuy of course is no help because my return/replacement ended two days ago and now my headset doesn’t work so that’s great!

Constantly breaking - these headphones just don’t hold up.

I always wanted these headphones because they were cute and popular, if you're just getting these because they are popular and you see everyone with them please don't get them. I've only had these for a year and for the past months they have started to make a crackling and popping noise that hurts my ears. I've tried everything to fix it and nothing works, I can't even return it because it's been too long already. I promise there are other cute headphones around the internet, get those instead
