I was unable to use this item with my IPhone or my IPAD. I had to purchase an auxiliary cord just to use the headphones with my IPhone . Even with the auxiliary cord I still can’t use them with my IPad. They don’t even come in WiFi or cordless. The headphones were a bad purchase for me. For the to cost so much they should be cordless or come with WiFi. Geek squad were useless. They offered no help or advice.

Unable to use this headset to play on the xbox because of the usb part that would bog into a PC instead of a gaming controller even visited the Best Buy to see is they have a piece to attach to the USB port and also have a aux piece to go into the controller but they stated they don’t make piece like that I’m very upset with this purchase daughter cant use this headset at all

I loved how cute it was but this is a pc headset does not work with Xbox at all I tired purchasing an adapter for it but literally does nothing!

The headset is adorable but not compatible with Nintendo switch or x-box. Compatible for a computer/laptop. So I had to return them.

It was fantastic the first 6 months of using it until the speakers and microphone began cutting out relentlessly anytime I used the headset to the point it became inoperable, it doesn't even register as a device on my computer when its doing this. I am working with Razer to have this resolved, and I hope their customer support is better than the products they sell.

After a few months of use this headset wont stay connected and keeps disconnecting. Tried so many things to get it to work, no success. Will not buy Razer products again. Should have read the reviews before I bought.

Let me clarify. Everytime I plugged in the headset, the sound would work temporarily and then it wouldn't be recognized. After spending 2 hours troubleshooting it, I've surmised it isn't a hardware issue, but a software issue Razer Synpase. Ultimately still a part of this product and it is required to function. If I ever finagled the settings to work through a combination of drivers, synapse settings and program input/output settings and general audio input/output settings... They would stop working and I've given up. This was to be my girlfriend's birthday present and needless to say we are both dissapointed. Really poor result given the price of the headset. I had it sent to my girlfriend's where I troubleshooted remotely and visual aid via camera. The frustration was not worth it and she's 2 hours away from the nearest best buy.

So far works great. Only issue with ps4 is you can't change the light colors.

Pretty good. Think I had to return cant remember reason but don't think the cord reached as far as I would have liked

I love these headphones but when im playing fortnite most of the time the mic doesnt work

If you’re getting this for the rgb lights, don’t. It sucks quality wise for what you spend not to mention the mic disconnects every 5 seconds if you’re using synapse app( you have to for the stream lighting response!) don’t buy it unless you’re willing to deal with the disconnection that has 0 fix

Has horrible wiring issues. Friends can’t hear me in discord half the time. Constantly switching USB ports. Now it just blows out when there are loud noises and freezes my computer. Had it less than a month and Best Buy has the shortest return window. Biggest waste of money. I didn’t listen to everyone when they said razer has garbage products. I just wanted the “aesthetic “.

The alright the very pretty and I love the look but randomly when I talk to my friends on discord it will disconnect reconnect really fast and I my friends can’t hear me and I can’t hear them it quite annoying I spent a lot of money on theses headphones and also there a button on the side of the headphones that just doesn’t do anything

It was amazing for the first two weeks of usage. After that it decided it was not going to work anymore.

Stopped working in 2 weeks time. Replaced at store qithno problems.

I guess my last review was too aggro but i was really upset. I had these two months and the headphone it was connected to had little to no output. I could hardly hear from it, even at max volume. Just two weeks outside of the return period, of course so i went to ask for geek squad to have it fixed. Luckily they were nice and let me recieve store credit to repurchase. I will not be buying these again after reading plenty of reviews with similar problems. Honestly even if these worked they’d still get only a 3-4 star review for me, they were extremely large and slid off my head even if i just tilted back slightly to drink water. That was enough of an annoyance, then for them to just stop working so soon is a no brainer. Stay far away from these, no matter how cute they are :(
