Item broke within the first week of using it. Had it sent back to Razer and t2 weeks later received another one that lasted almost 2 weeks. I found a bush fix to make it work but this is ridiculous for the amount of money it cost

They are cute for a kid but they aren’t crispy in sound and mic

I like this headset but i have a problem with it, every time I put it on full volume it stops playing my music or videos, it like refreshes and its annoying, its been happening ever since I got it, does anybody know why ?

They worked great until the audio started cutting in and out.

Only used once or twice and headset started disconnecting and reconnecting to my pc by itself.

Cute and fun, but I bought them in may and barely used them, fifth time I used them, there is already a short in the cord connection somewhere. Constantly connecting and disconnecting from my tower. A waste of money.

These headphones may be cute but the constant disconnect and reconnect is too much of a hassle for the price.

Yes it’s cute but it will mess up. I bought mine and it worked at first, took care of it and everything until it started giving me wire issues. It cuts out every 1 second then goes back to normal.

This is so overpriced... It has the same audio as my 20$ headphones... You're only paying for the kitty ears... Razer Cortex and Razer Synapse don't even load in!

Died in less then 2 years. They were great sounding, they just don't last. the dreadful connect disconnect, connect issue!!!

Worked great for a couple months, now all it does is disconnect and reconnect after 5 minutes of use.

Purchased these for my daughter for Christmas and they lasted about three months before they stopped working. The cord is horrible! It kinks constantly and is likely the source of our problems. The sound cuts out or stops working altogether. Headphones will just shut off at random.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter and now the sound is going in and out whenever she moves the headset. Price is a bit much for product not to last longer than a few months.

Not the best. I had to return this headset 3 times and replace it before i finally just gave up and switched to a different brand for my fiancee.

Microphone keeps connecting and disconnecting. Something must be wrong with the drivers or the USB driver. interrupts gameplaying, it’s highly irritating To pay $150 and not even use a headset for three weeks before their faulty is very annoying.

its cute but do not buy it. I have had problems with it connecting to my pc. I twill cut in and out mid game freezing the game itself.

I didn’t have a problem with them for the first couple months owning but my microphone would mute mid game and I would have to unplug my headset and plug it back in to fix it. Which would get annoying especially if you’re playing with friends.

Cute but causes serious lag issues which is bad for gaming. Googled the problems I was having and there are many reports of others having the same problems dating back to 2018. Razer has not acknowledged the issue and therefore do not have a fix for the issue. Will not purchase another Razer product.

My daughter loved this gift for Christmas (very excited) but was extremely disappointed when the mic did not work.
