TL;DR --- Bought the original ones several years ago and loved them, bought these as an upgrade and it's still fantastic + has lots of cool new features! About three years ago, I got the original Rose Quartz Kraken headset with the Kitty Ear accessories as a present, and for three years since then, they've been nothing but FANTASTIC! Not just in terms of sound quality, which is top-notch, but also in terms of durability. I'm talking constant daily use for three years. At some point a year into owning them, the wires got stuck in a vacuum and got damaged, but it was still usable for another two years! When I heard they were making these ones with the ears already attached with RGB lighting, I knew I had to get them. The sound quality is phenomenal, and I honestly love that it comes in a black color as well. The one thing about the previous version in the pink was that it was noticeable when it got dirty. Also, the RGB is a plus, we can always count on Razer to deliver when it comes to that! Overall, fantastic headset not just for the sound quality, features, etc. but also for the longevity!

Best headset I've ever had. I hate over-ear headsets because they make my ears hot but these are breathable and comfortable. the mic is retractable and poseable. The only thing I don't like is that I accidentally hit the THX button and the volume wheel when i adjust them on my head sometimes, but that's barely a problem.

Love it! The microphone is super sensitive (so I had to tone down sensitivity on my PS4). It’s got great sound and it’s comfortable. It’s also super cute! Took me a while to figure out how to change the colors for a PS4. I essentially plugged it into my computer and launched the app for it and loaded onto it what I wanted. Now every time I plug into my PS4 it remembers!

Look, these are fun nonsense, let's start with that. These are the same product as the Kraken headset, just with cat ears and more RGB. I love them for that. Are you getting value for the price? Arguably, no. Considering that you can get the exact same hardware from a cheaper product, I can't say that value is part of your purchase decision. Are you getting cat ears? Yes, you are getting cat ears. Perhaps that alone should be enough for you, it certainly was for me. Are you getting a good product? Yup! This is an extremely comfortable headset that I can wear for hours. I have other expensive headsets currently and even more that I've owned over the years, but this one takes the cake for comfort. Is it easy to use? Mostly, yes. You'll need to install the Razer Synapse software to get the full use out of this, but after that, it's a breeze. The mute on the mic is easy and very clear to see. The mix sounds nice to others and sound quality is pretty darn good.

To start off, I got these on a discount. I got arctis wireless pros and I had a very high baseline to compare. Comfort is 9/10. They feel great, wore them for 5 bourse with no pain or discomfort. My ears did get a bit sweaty, but that always happens with playing the warzonks. for gaming these kitty headphones are pretty good. For some reason, picking up on footsteps was marginally better. I have no idea what witchcraft they are using in this headset. This was using stereo which is best for directional pinpointing in my opinion. Shots sounds very crip and bass is good and not much worse then the arctis if you play with the settings in the software for the kitty headset. Music and content is were it falls short, my wireless pros crush it in every aspect. But you are comparing a 100$ headset to a 250$ headset so I can say that they are worth their value for sure. Also pink, rbg, and different settings for it to glow and what not…. So cool. Girlfriend loves them too.

Bought this for my son and he loves the RGB lighting and sound quality. I have tried it myself and the only thing I did not like was the fit around my head/ears. My son has no qualms about it. The fit will vary depending on your head size and ears comfort level.

Love my kraken kitty headset it’s so pretty and comfortable with great audio u can take full advantage of the rgb on pc but can be used on ps4 to.

Let's be honest here. I got these because they were so cute and had RGB. They are comfortable to wear for a long time. Coming from using Hyper X headphones, the quality comparisons were really noticeable. With that said, if you dont happen to be as picky with audio these will still do the job. The mic is pinch to mute and talk.

I was hesitant to buy this as I’ve had horrible luck with the Razer brand. I bought their wired mouse and it was awful. It would randomly stop working to the point where it affected my gaming. That was an easy return. This headset, on the other hand, has been great. I haven’t had any issues this far. I love how customizable it is. This refers to the lighting as well as sounds and how it responds. I will say when I got it, it was muted and I couldn’t figure out how to unmute. Typically there’s a button on one of the sides of the headphones, but for this, the button is on a different spot. It didn’t come with a manual so I had to look up how to unmute. It wasn’t a big deal, just inconvenient. I bought this for $149 but was able to get a price match when it went on sale for $99. If you’re thinking about getting them, I’d say they’re very worth it. Buy them now while they’re on sale.

There are a lot of headphones out there, but these are very nice and very cute! The sound quality is great for gaming and the design is great for streaming. The quality seems good for the price though it seems that you pay a bit extra for them vs similar quality headphones without light up cat ears, but that’s to be expected. So far so good!

My 10yr old wants to become a YouTuber so purchased these and has them then for about 3yrs. They work great but the cord of the headphones stopped working but was able to replace them and have not had a problem. I’ve also used them to game online haha

Got this as a gift for my wife, since I saw her eyeing it a few times. She was very happy with it, and I even got a USB(F) to USB Type-C adapter so it can be used with a Switch/Android phone. The LED lights up automatically when the headset is plugged in. From my perspective as a long time gamer, I feel the headset is slightly heavier than usual, which may cause some neck strain with long term game sessions. The LED also drains power from the source, It's just one of those gimmicks which most gamers won't care about, but bumps the cost of the headset $50. The construction and quality of the headset is excellent though. Razer didn't cut any corners with materials, so it looks like a high end headset. This headset is not for everyone. The LED is just a gimmick, but the audio quality is excellent. Whether that is worth the price tag is up to the gamer.

I love this headset! It is extremely comfortable and it sounds great! The rgb is so cute and makes the whole thing pop. Both the ears and the sides of the headset light up! You can even have the ears a different color than the sides using the razed synapse app. I definitely recommend!

I love these headphones! The sound is crisp and clear. It's super easy to set up and change the color options. Haven't had any issues except on occasion the volume isn't the same on both sides so I go in settings to match them up then no problems.

I loveeee my headphones. I’m not a gamer but these headphones are still perfect. I’m a student at Sacramento State which requires me to use headphones me these are perfect and noise canceling. Not to mention the ear light up

I love it. The RGB lighting and customization. The ears are a big plus. Sound qualittmy and mic are amazing. I'm glad I invested in a headset that I've been wanting for a while. Its comfortable to use and has nice weight to it. It does not feel cheap at all.

In the Beginning I was skeptical of how good these headphones would be truthfully, I figured they would be somewhat of a gimmick however they’ve really surpassed my expectations, the sound quality is wonderful.
