Mic quit working less than 2 weeks after purchase.

the headphones stopped working and not good quality

I got these as a gift and I love them so much. They're super comfortable, sound-canceling, and even after wearing them for hours, my ears aren't sweaty like with other headphones. The RGB and ears are a huge plus that make the headphones even better.

The sound quality on these is outstanding. Unfortunately i have had trouble with the microphone working on the ps4 im not sure how to fix it

Absolutely awesome 4 stars for build and sound quality. However it loses 1 star for being usb only and not being able to use with older consoles like a PS3.

My friend bought this headset for my birthday, and I can say I was pleasantly surprised. The sound and all the features that comes along with it are ones that cannot compare to other sets that I have used. The surround sound made songs I've listened to countless times a new experience. I also enjoyed the fact that you can customize the lighting on this. I do wish that the app Razer Synapse 3 was also available on macOS to customize it just as much as I am able to on Windows, but I enjoy the set nevertheless.

Microphone isn't the best. But great quality. Not so pog with voice meeter.

I absolutely love this headset. As someone who wears glasses and has trouble with other headsets pushing the frames of my glasses into the sides of my head resulting in headaches, I haven't had that problem with this headset at all. I can wear them with my glasses for very long periods of time with no discomfort. It is super comfortable and the sound is also amazing, not to mention it's super cute.

These headphones are alright. Cute aesthetic design, good sound quality, overall pretty neat. My first few 3-5 months with these headphones were alright but after time I began coming across a small issue when using them. At times where I had my volume up pretty high or listened to something which appeared to have a lot of bass, the headphone audio would immediately cut out and completely put the audio to a stop for a few seconds. It's been doing this for a while now and it's gotten hella annoying to the point where I've been considering returning it. I can't say I can recommend these to someone looking for quality over aesthetic, but if you really want these, knock yourself out.

Best gaming headset I have ever purchased by far. The retractable mic and light up kitty ears are my 2 favorite features, not to mention how comfortable and perfect it fits. I will always buy this headset

Thankfully I got the warranty on this. It works great for up to a year. I have replaced it twice already (the warranty gives you two years to swap it out) due to the microphone cutting out indefinitely, inconsistency being read via USB and my latest dilemma is a popping/static noise in the headphones. It's a shame because it is stinkin' cute and it works great at first. This will be my last headset of this kind.

trash. after 3 months it stopped working. I’ve actually purchased this headset twice. Once in 2021 and again in 2023(3 months ago). Both times the product has worked for maybe a months before the cord gets so seriously twisted and warped that it puts stress on the USB. I’ve tried to straighten the wire multiple times and use techniques to try and stop it from twisting but none have worked. Within a week the cord is so tangled and twisted that from USB to headset there’s like 1 foot of room which stresses out the USB where it plugs in. I’ve contacted Razor and was told this is unacceptable use and not a flaw even though this is the only headset of 15+ I’ve had that had this happen and that it actually happened twice with the same product!! This thing might be cute but it’s useless if you actually use it. If “inappropriate use” is wearing it while playing games then they should start marketing this product as for display only!

Beautiful. Easy to set up. Perfect audio and the suppresion on the mic is good enough for me to do recordings with for even my voice auditions. It completely got rid of the echo in my non-soundproof room. Would highly recommend. My only qualm is that I wish it came in more than just pink and black. I would have loved a true rose gold (this is definitely just pink, no rose) or a soft blue or something.

Bought these for my gf October of last year, so this is a 5 month in review. What's good about em: They're super cute. They're actually reeeeeeally comfortable. They sound decent. What's bad about em: They are loud to the environment. I can hear what she's got on from across the room. Not noise xancellin. The mic sucks. It's pretty bad when it's working properly, but it also randomly mutes itself, and/or sporadically makes her voice sound robotic and impossible to understand (not due to internet connection). You don't get much on the lows, so no booming bass. Overall: You are paying for the cat ears and LED's. These aren't a great headset, especially for the $170 price, but they sure are cute. After note: Sometimes they'll go on sale and drop to around $100. I personally think they're still a not really a competitive headset in comparison to others even at that range.

Okay, so I got these headphones near Black Friday. The headphone connection and quality were great for the first few weeks / month. Then the real problem kicked in. The headphones regularly connect and disconnect and can interrupt videos, music, and gaming. The disconnecting isn't too bad to deal with at first. It honestly gets worse until your either disconnect and reconnect the whole headset OR it fixes itself on it's own. Sometimes, when you try and wait for it to fix itself, it will lead to the sound just becoming straight static and leading to unplugging it. Despite this fact, the headphones without this would overall be great. Note : The interruptions were so bad I had to make a best buy account.

Really amazing headset. Good for audio, I started to use it and immediately got free discord nitro for being someone's discord kitten. Would recommend if you need some free stuff from discord users.

I highly recommend these headphones ! The ones I bought are amazing and the sound on them is excellent ! if you like to play video games or like to stream I highly suggest these !
