It's ok. It does what it is supposed to do. I prefer my other headset.

Best headset I’ve purchase so far fits really great and it soo colorful and very pretty sadly I couldn’t find the black one in stores but that’s ok

Too big. They were not comfortable because every time i move they would slide around on my head. They were even a little big when my boyfriend tried them. I feel like they were sized for men. They need two different sizes. I think i could have made them work for me but they would have been uncomfortable to wear for more than an hour. They didn't even close around my ears properly. I have a normal sized head lol so i was surprised. I was planning on buying all the pink razor products for the gaming pc that i just built but now I will be looking for a better brand. These are too expensive to have such a poor fit. I have other headphones and have never had this problem. I don't recommend these.

If you're EVER and I mean EVER gonna waste money money on a product, avoid these at all cost. Or buy them, then you will have the luxury of having headphones that always cut out, and they you can never have at max volume. Get Logitech, not razers cheap, faulty products. A waste of 160, a waste I'll never get back, instead I have the luxury of not having functioning headphones till I have money again

I wanted to like these. I really did. I didn't listen to the reviews because I figured I would take care of them better. They suck so bad, but when it works it works well. They cut out all the time even though my cord hasn't been damaged like in other reviews. My computer has the hardest time recognizing them and again sometimes it won't work. It only these headphones too. I had to have these because they were the cat ear ones and I wanted this brand, but it sucks. Save your money and the frustrations. I literally never write reviews.

Works perfectly. Colors are changeable with the razor applications which are prompted to download as soon as you plug the headset in. Sounds and Mic are outstanding and work just as intended.

Very good sound quality and mic quality overall, and coupled with other razer products, the headset itself is very cute and exactly as advertised. However, buyers be warned: SAVE YOUR RECIEPT. A hardware/driver issue that has been plaguing this headset for a few years now can and will cause constant disconnects with seemingly no cause to the point where it's not even usable anymore.

My sister bought be this as an early Christmas present (really early). The quality is amazing and it arrived really fast.

These headphones broke after about a week of using them and Best buy did not let me return them because I was a couple of days outside of the 15 day window so now I am stuck with broken $150 headphones.

Bought these for my wife... she absolutely hates them. Granted, she loved them at first but now they stopped working as they should.

I bought these April 30, 2020. I returned them May 6, 2020. When I first bought these I connected them to my 2016 HP Pavilion laptop. They worked PERFECT. I originally bought these for my new gaming PC that was coming via mail. I bought a $1200 custom PC and decided to splurge on these headphones and take a risk despite hearing mixed reviews. This is what happened. When I first received the headphones and connected them to Razer Synapse via my laptop, (the program used to control the chroma lighting and other features of the headphone) they worked GREAT! No problems with sound, mic, or lighting. A few days later I received my new gaming PC in the mail and was so excited to sync all the colors together and finally game. Problem was, the chroma lighting feature on Synapse was not working. I contacted Razer support and was on live chat for 3 hours uninstalling, updating, and fixing drivers just to see if that was the issue. It wasn't. Later on, I get a support email from Razer and followed the instructions listed in it. I restart my computer and now the mic refuses to work and the headphones won't sync AT ALL to Synapse like they did before. Within 4 days these headphones did not work whatsoever. They were also pretty heavy to have on for long periods of time and since returning them, I have gotten better feedback about the mic quality on my new Corsair Void Elite headset being better than the Razer (also half the price). Also, I would like to note that when you go to uninstall Synapse for your computer, it doesn't actually uninstall it. I had to have a family friend that works at Microsoft use Team Viewer to access my computer to fully delete the software.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! These have got to be the WORST headphones I have ever used!!! They are NOT usable at all! Had these for less than a month and they were unusable. They have VERY BAD connectivity issues and I have seen several other reviewers saying the same thing. It's not just my headphones that are messing up it is this design. They are cheap quality and do NOT last for the amount of money you pay for these! You can find better ones off of amazon for way less money! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I haven't had these headphones for a year yet and the sound in the headphones is starting to make static noise. Every time the cable gets moved, the sound goes out. I have not dropped these and I keep the cord untangled. I stream and now I am going to have to buy a new pair of headphones because these suck. They are really cute and light up, but unfortunately they don't last. I didn't buy the $25 geek squad replacement insurance and I should have. For almost $200 headphones they don't last awhile. I guess I will buy logitech next time.

My $10 skullcandy earbuds had better mic and sound quality... a shame
